I had trouble getting in touch with tha parts department. I called 3 times and each time the person said that someone in the parts department would get back to me but nobody ever called me back.

Look up my info, you'll see a tragedy. I Requested a manager call.me months ago. At this point my brand new car i drive off your showroom floor has been a joy and a pain from day one. I Requested a talk to figure it out..and crickets. The service manager is pro dealer not customer, via my last service that I videoed where the Mgr fell short of good cust service. Ive had to come too many times for same repeated issue. The sales manager lied and forced an unnecessary system on us, we are aware that the theft patrol was not mandatory, but since it reports the defects in the vehicle I reported this to the service manager only to be told that the program is faulty. I explained to your manager that you guys have a contract with said company that he just said that their product dont work, its not accurate. I said I'll call theft patrol and let them know that, but also a product you put in the vehicle is giving wrong message, or the vehicle has electrical issues.. which is it? To blame the app, or look that my battery was replaced 2 times due to discharge and going bad as a result of the drain. Supposedly a Honda specialist will come?? Tbd. Oh, and last service 2nd from last, my car was damaged and I had to ask several times, also i video my car at last drop because of previous damage and denial. So Mgr gets his camera out to go over my car, starts pointing out a water spot.. I dont see him video anyone else's car or stress customers as he did me. Ill use my warranty option only at this dealership moving forward...
