Torch Light Motors is a best place to purchase a car. I have a good experience which I ever had before. Jeff was very helpful in purchasing my Volvo.

BEWARE!!! I bought TWO cars from him within 3 weeks and check engine light came on in both. First one within 100 miles/24 hours of driving it. Returned to him for "fix" and light was back on within two days. Had it towed back to him. It sat on his lot for three days. He never contacted me to inquire but had moved it to the rear of his lot. Finally, he answered a text, after ignoring several voicemails (his wife was out sick, so professional courtesy ceased). Another round of phone tag and ultimately, I had to drive 30 miles to see him and he told me it was my fault for not buying the soon to be discovered USELESS warranty. I paid cash for the first vehicle. He was not willing to accept the car back without beating me for more than $2500 below purchase price as a trade in towards another car, telling me he is "not in the business of renting cars", just because a customer does not like it. I was adamant it wasn't about like but safety and reliability, not to mention an endless cycle of repairs that were on the horizon. I was forced to get another car and went with a newer model and finance option. Purchased that 2nd car, engine light was one within 200 miles of driving. Purchased the warranty with this car as precaution and it was an absolute waste. Warranty company kept Volvo dealer online for an hour only to deny most of the $3000 worth of engine work now required on the 2nd vehicle. Attempts made to cancel the warranty within the 30 days contractually are still pending. Jeff appears reputable but had zero concern even when I texted him about the 2nd car's engine light coming on and haven't heard from him since. Even more deceptive was fact that the original car was right back on sale at his lot within one week, at only $400 lower than what I paid and I'm certain he didn't make any of the required engine repairs or the obvious exhaust work discovered after I purchased and had it inspected independently. His lot is full of Volvos that look great with decent mileage but they're TRASH!!! I wouldn't recommend him for a bicycle purchase. Karma is real!

My friend recently purchased used BMW from Torch Light Motors. The car is in good condition so far. So I thought to buy car from them. There I found used Volvo which fit into my requirements including budget. I must admit that, they are the best car dealers to give a try. People should use their services.

If I could give zero stars I would. Jeff is a crook. He seems really nice and trustworthy but once he has your money he doesn’t care about you. He sold me a car that looked amazing but two days after I bought it black smoke started coming out the back of the car, he said it probably just needs an oil change. Why didn’t he do that before selling me the car? I have had nothing but problems with the car and he sold us a useless warranty. Three months after purchasing the vehicle, it needed a new transmission. When Jeff sold me the warranty he said it would cover everything hundred percent but that was not the case. The warranty company sent my mechanic a used transmission and only covered half of the labor costs. One month after having the transmission replaced it needed another transmission and the same thing happened. This car has cost me so much money. I work hard for my money and saved up to buy this car cash and it was a total lemon and the warranty is completely useless. Do yourself a favor and go to a reputable dealer. Do not buy a car from Jeff.
