I haven’t been coming here for a while.

I haven’t been coming here for a while. Service was bad and difficult to get an appointment. It seemed to improve. Service departed still weak on returning calls.

I have in patronizing family Hyundai for almost 20 years! What has kept me coming back is the excellent customer service and friendly demeanor of the staff specifically Colin lately! Colin has been my service advisor for a couple of years now and I've truly enjoyed working with him!

As a customer for almost 20 years I am pleased with the service from Family Hyundai. Typically I get excellent service. However, on the rare occasions when they don't get it right they go above and beyond to make things right.

This was my 2nd visit to the dealership with the same

This was my 2nd visit to the dealership with the same problem (car shakes/jerks when driving slow or slowing down). Each time they do a test drive, they cannot detect the problem. Each time I leave and drive a day or two the issue occurs. There needs to be a better plan than for me to keep bringing it back, and the service department not finding the issue. It happens sporadically when I am driving it. I go to family because i like the service center, but they are 20 miles from my home, and each time i have an appt scheduled I have to drive 20 miles to bring it in to be told they can't detect the issue. Also, normally after driving 20 miles it does not happen. The Salesperson said when it happens again just bring it in, but again...you are so far from my home. There is a much closer dealer, and although i prefer Family's service center, but I may have to change locations. it's very frustrating. That all being said...I don't hold this against my service rep. but the actual mechanics should have other options or spend more time or test drive at different times to try and actually experience the problem. But there have been no suggestions or options, other than when it happens again, bring it back...ughh
