Best oil change pit stop quick courteous Service
I received a prompt greeting and loged into the service que. the coffee was hot and the customer waiting room clean. Yes they had fresh coffee cake. A short time latter the oil & filter changed the checked items were inspected and approved Oh Ya the car was washed and ready Great

Great people. My unhappiness stems from Hyundai policy-not Family Hyundai. Key fob-a part needing no installation, labor-programming. $180 ridiculous. But where else could I go?

Waste of time
If there ever was a caricature of a dealership showing everything that's wrong with new car buying process, this would be it. No voice mail to leave messages for staff, e-mails to a specific salesperson answered by multiple other people, often out of context or with conflicting info, perpetually being placed on hold when calling, etc. Forget the actual buying process unless you want to spend an hour being talked down to or being "educated" why they value your trade-in 25% less than every published estimate (kbb, edmunds, etc). Never mind their new car pricing which is outrageously higher than other dealers or online research. If you like zero transparency and number charades, this is your place. Needless to say, I made a quick exit, went out of my way to a different Hyundai dealer and bought exactly the car I wanted in a competent and professional environment for a far more competitive price.
