Went to the Nolensville Rd location to see what they had the first car I saw I bought it Ms. Sarah was very nice. As paper work was filled out she explained every thing well. Within a week of having the vehicle it had to go in the shop I dealt alot with James he is also awesome cause no matter how mad i got he made sure things were taken care of. I am very pleased with 321 Drive and will buy from them again

Just got a 2010 Toyota Corrolla for my son, and being his first car I just want to give a high 5 to Sarah our rep. She was very courteous and friendly and went out of her way to make us feel like we were part of the family. She knew how to make us laugh even when it came down to signing the contract. Bought a great vehicle 2 weeks ago from 321- although my finance rate was higher than I wished, and I've had to take the car back for repairs( under warranty)...I have been very excited and pleased. The car is a top rate vehicle and repairs have been completed so far without issue. I would send anyone needing to utilize a buy-here-pay-here lot to theses guys!!

This place is a huge joke; Andrew the manager is very abrupt and rude! We purchased a 2011 Nissan three months ago, it has major problems. We have taken it back to the lot several times and they have yet to tepair the problem! Please go elsewhere to purchase a vehicle! They do not keep their word! Andrew specifically told us that if there were any problems to bring it to them for repair that the car had a six month warranty! What a joke! I will do some free advertisement for 321 drive! Pitiful business! Go elsewhere!
