It started with the General Manager, then my sales people, and then to service even when Joel wasn't my go to. As I worked with the other two Service Reps I've had, Joel was always kind, polite and willing to assist.

The Audi Grapevine location is hands down the best. Do not go to the Downtown FTW location it will turn you away from buying an Audi. If you go to the Grapevine location, everyone there from sales to service is what you would expect from a luxury dealership!

Trait issues
I was not told prior to getting there that my service would take so long. I was told 2 to 3 hours. After going on 4 hours I declined a car wash to get out of there. My advisor washes the car window because it was dripping with what appeared to be washer fluid. Very disappointing.

I had an excellent experience buying my Audi A4
Great experience I would highly recommend and I will come back to buy again. I leased my Audi from another dealer in the area. When time to turn in instead of giving back I purchased. Audi grapevine was much easier to deal with then prior Audi dealer as they managed over the phone hassle free.
