Upon arrival was told no loaner was available, made my reservation approximately 2 weeks ago. Eventually a loaner became available. In addition, vehicle there for a recall, rep asked if I knew if equipment was in for recall. Wow! Was not very impressed.

I was pleased that the Dealership had in stock the replacment battery for my 2002 Audi TT Roadster so I was able to get my car back on the road.

Everyone was polite & the deal went smoothly. The dealership is beautiful & clean. They gave me the best price on the vehicle I wanted. I went to 3 other dealerships that tried to charge me with a ton of dealer add ons, but Grapevine did not do that.
