Write a reviewDO NOT BUY HERE! That’s the short version. Long version is that the odds of my daughter and I coming to this dealership and both buying the only two cars on the lot that have MAJOR issues and all the other cars are not lemons are very slim to none. My daughter drove her 2019 39k mile car 5 times before overheating and finding coolant in the engine, cracked engine, and it needed to be replaced. My shop said $8k to fix with an engine with 19k miles and warranty. I called Legend Auto Sales because I did NOT buy a car specifically with under 50k miles to be unable to drive it in less than 2 weeks! Jeremy said he would get with the owner and try to work something out. After weeks of checking in and calling and yes needed a new engine they finally said it was ready. I told him my daughter would pick it up and he asked “Is she going to pay for it?” xxx!! Well there was clearly a misunderstanding because I thought they were trying to make it right. But what can I do? So I paid $3400 more for an overpriced xxx with 89k miles on it. One month later overheating again. My shop fixed this time and so far no problem. Never go here! Jeremy sucks at his job. The owner sucks at budiness and the dealership should be shut down. My car has had a couple issues my shop fixed. Not leaving me on the side of the road yet but not worth the price I paid. Have a nice day. Buy a car somewhere else though.

Stay far away from this place, Mark is the owner so he claims 🤣bull💩(head of repo division) don't b late or he coming to get that extra money. He has a no tolerance for being late. U buy the car but they still own the car. He told me he can do whatever he wants.

I purchased a car on March 10th 2023 for $16,150. Upon paying for the car, the dealer advised that they had transporting services that they provide to deliver the car so I decided to go with those services. The dealer did not provide any information to me. I when my car will be delivered to me, and it was delivered three days later. Upon receiving the car, the merchant did not disclose any of the work that needed to be done on the car. The merchant did a FaceTime walk-through, but he failed to disclose that the steering wheel adjuster was completely broken off. He failed to disclose that the sunroof did not open up properly. He also failed disclose that the heat and cooling does not properly work. Upon call an dealer he was very rude to me. He was making racial comments towards me. He is not willing to help me and he told me that it is my problem and not his. He told me that I called him on his personal day and that he do not care what is going on with my car. I wouldn’t have purchased a car had the dealer told me about the issues that was going on with the car so he led me to believe that there was no issues. Do not purchase from this dealer!!! They are scammer! They sell cars they know have issues, but they do not disclose them!!! The issue was brought to their attention (2 days after the car was purchased )!!! I have not had any assistance correcting the issue

Drove 2.5 hours to look at a car. The car was damaged and repaired very poorly. Had bonding showing and plastic clips were missing. Not I mention the remote did not work.

I only wish that zero stars was an option. Do not do business with this dealer or Mark Sharp. I was interested in a 2013 RAM C/V at this dealership. The price was fair and it appeared to be in fair cosmetic condition. As an out of state buyer, I thought I could get a fair assessment and a fair transaction. Wrong. The online pictures looked OK, and the pictures later sent looked OK. I asked about specifics like the mechanical operation and oil leaks. I was assured that the vehicle was "ready to work" and that it didn't have any oil leaks. "Dry as a bone" was the phrase that was used. The deal was done, and the vehicle shipped to me. I regret not flying down there in person now. The vehicle arrives and it is near dark, so I have to use the headlights. The headlights flicker on and off, then go out. The dashboard illumination flickers like a Christmas tree. The dealer passes it off as a bad battery, but it turns out to be much worse, and the battery is fine. The typical cause of these issues is the TIPM, but that isn't the problem here. I have exhausted my budget to pay someone else to try and fix it, and at this point, it appears that the PCM voltage regulator is bad, but I have not confirmed it yet. The alternator that came on the vehicle was bad. I have no codes or warning lights. The problem has the TIPM rebuilder and the electronics shop completely baffled, and it has costed me over $1,200.00 so far. It likely needs a PCM, and it may have taken out the rebuilt alternator. The drivers side underneath the vehicle is covered with trans oil. Part of that was the trans cooler lines, which is a normal maintenance item. OK on that. The broken bolt on the transmission end plate is a bigger problem. This was identified after looking around for about 20 seconds or so. Part of the trans case is gone, so a new bolt won't fix it. I wasn't expecting perfection, but this is a far cry from an honest or fair deal. I do assume some blame for not checking it out personally. As a professional repair person, I would be lynched if I delivered comparable work on my word. I filed a complaint with the State of Oklahoma Used Motor Vehicle and Parts Commission for the electrical problems. I will be filing another one for the transmission damage. I would strongly recommend against doing business with this dealership or salesperson.

Well we drove down to buy a car that seemed priced fair and good condition. I have the ad in front of me. All looks good. But the first thing the salesman says is it is a compressed natural gas car. Not gas like it says in the add, no mention of it anywhere. I then ask if it is a factory conversion and he says yes when I get to the car I see it is not a factory conversion and the name of the conversion company is on the back of the car.

Drove over 2 hours to buy a 06 Lincoln mark lt truck. He told me it was highway ready, I get there and it was a dent in the chrome bumper, no big deal. I test drive and no passing gear... I turn the air off and proceed to drive back from council street... I put my foot in it and it didnt yo into passing gear... it begins to make a clattering noise. I open the hood and proceed checking things... I notice the blinker light was missing. He said he would replace that and have his mechanic look at the truck and fix it and give me a call. I have called over 3x and secretary says he's out the office, I leave a message... ( Matthew ) he never called back. Before Ieaving I said I'll take it as is and fix myself... he only wants to take $300 off. I wouldn't recommend... & I'm just being honest, God bless.

We truly believe in providing our customers with the best experience possible and good quality vehicles that is the reason why we were upfront and told you we were going to have the vehicle inspected before you give us a deposit or any money. The inspection process usually takes some time, we are a dealership with more than 100 vehicles in our inventory and we provide maintenance to all of them. We both agreed on calling you back as soon as the vehicle was ready. We believe the issue here is that it was not done by your expected time frame which were a couple of days. We are sorry to hear that we did not exceed your expectations and you were not satisfied as it is never our goal to deceive a customer.
Drove over 3 hours to look at a car that was not as advertised. Lots of body damage, that was not revealed during many conversations with the salesperson. Disappointed. I checked reviews before making the drive, so not what I expected.

Wasn't Sure what kind of car I was looking for all I knew was that I needed a car, as soon as I pulled in to Legends lot I was surprised to see how many different cars were there. with a little help and a lot of patience from Matthew we were able to find the perfect car for me. I would strongly recommend this car lot to anyone needing a good used vehicle.
