Just bought a truck from them cash. I smelled oil and asked them if there were any problems with it. The Machanic told my wife and I that they just changed the valve cover gaskets and they spilled oil so it needed to burn off. I just took it back to them today and they say the rear main seal is bad. They refused to fix it and now I’m stuck with a truck I can’t use with a baby on the way. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. While I was there another gentleman bought a Escalade from them and they told them the same story. It was his valve cover gaskets and he has the exact same problem. Rear main seal. Make it make sense. I’m reporting to the BBB because when the lady told me it was my rear main seal, she smiled like she knew it was bad when she sold it to me.Wish I could give a 0 cause I stood there for 20to 30 minutes before even being “NOT”helped!

This owner and his wife and employees are some deceitful people, I had the worst experience ever, they put on parts that not made for your vehicle just to make a sale, pretend to be caring people, I didn’t have my vehicle 2 weeks before I had to pay out 2500.00 on the very part they said they fixed , they bandage the fix long enough for me to buy the vehicle, they had employees lie that they would fix it but only hid behind I didn’t have a warranty, I pray God put KARMA on them all

I would NOT Recommend no one to go to this place they are the worst they need to be shout down asap … they are very money hungry… disrespectful… liers…. N very dishonest…. I will never recommend no one to deal this place the government n state needs to close them down ….. I had my car for at lease a month n I had sooooo many problems with this vehicle…etc

Don't buy a vehicle from. This dealership. I have been going through xxxx since I had this car. $10,000 has had a oil leak since I had the car. They took it for a week when I first got to and claimed they fixed it. Why is my car leaking oil again 6 months later. Now I have to trade it in on a new car. Poor service and you will get a lemon so sad.

I’ve had the worst experience with these people they gave me a messed up vehicle after I needed another car cause my other one was messed up they sold me a lie!! I keep having to repair this vehicle everything keeps breaking down!!! Don’t buy from these people they are money hungry they don’t care about you they only care about a sale they won’t fix anything. They will ignore you and they are lazy I’m warning you all don’t do it!!

The team there is horrible. They sale xxxxed up vehicles, (lemons) and will rip u off. They lie and they will try to short cut your repairs under warranty. Don’t let the nice cars fool u. Once they realize that you realize that you’ve been played by them, they start ignoring you. I wouldn’t even give these xxxxers a 1 star rating.

I put $3500 on a Madza suv. Vehicle broke down less than a mile from leaving. Eddie promise it will be ready a week later. He stated he have to go tk Goldsboro to get the part forbthe suv. I have been calling to get in contact with the owner and still no one has called me back. Eddie stated it will be ready Tuesday, today is Wednesday and on has reached back to update me. Terriblr Service

A TOTAL NIGHTMARE.. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP... Took them a month and a half to submit my loan paperwork. It's been nearly two months now they have not submitted the paperwork for my vehicle plates or paid off my trade in loan. Now my credit took a hit and I have to get a lawyer and see what my options are.. I wish I would had never bought a car from this dealership, they are scam artist and crooks. Just look up the reviews online, you will see I am not the only one they have treated poorly on so many levels. I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS DEALERSHIP...

From start to finish I couldn't be more impressed with this company - Eddie from sales went above and beyond. He even referred me to a super trustworthy mechanic that did a pre purchase inspection b/c I couldn't get a hold of anyone in the area and I was purchasing from Florida. Office Manager Deyva really MADE THIS DEAL HAPPEN - purchasing online over the phone/email - she put everything in print and she was so incredibly knowledgeable she made good on ALL she promised and looked out for me when needed. Truly couldn't be more thrilled - this was the best car buying experience I've ever had - no hassle no drama - I highly recommend them.

I was given great service, wonderful environment made my experience awesome. Very polite and friendly, well mannered and very respectful. Would highly recommend to friends and family.
