Liars

Don't buy from them. Both, the salesperson Cole and the finance manager, Jarrell Cooper told us that if we paid our finance payment bi-weekly that it would save us $60/month. Come to find out, that is not the case. I have spoken with the finance company and they are telling me otherwise. We have contacted the dealership many times and they are not returning our calls.

They used the bait and switch on me.

They used the bait and switch on me. Offered one price and then added $2,400 in "addendum and key replacement". If they'll lie about the price what else will they lie about. Waiting on my $500 deposit to be returned.....

Buyer beware!

Buyer beware! These guys are crooks. Of all my years buying cars I’ve never experienced anything close to this. Pushy, rude and disrespectful. I was already hesitant on coming to this dealer based on their reviews but I found a car there that was flawless and I had to walk away. It didn’t feel right buying from them. They tack on unwanted warranties that they “can’t remove “. They were ready to take me to financing before we finished going over the numbers. Who does that?! Overall customer service was a turn-off. The Internet manager Crystal had an attitude from the get go. She told me, “you’re going to let your wife decide what you drive?” I’m pretty sure that’s how a partnership works, in most cases. Guess she doesn’t need my business since she sells 20 cars a month… Mo the manager was your typical car sales manager. Just awful liars. Best part of this bad experience was Amy the finance manager. Very sweet and caring demeanor. She deserves 5 stars! Run Amy, run!!

If could give ZERO stars I would!

If could give ZERO stars I would! After driving two hours to look at a used vehicle TWO sales ladies attempted to "tag team" me into buy a used car that looked NOTHING like the photos online! AND ran my debit card for their deposit when I was told they would not. (I did get that refunded.) The car looked NOTHING like it did online. There was an obvious paint chip on the front bumper, windshield had a huge chip in it, and when I told the sales lady the paint looked like it had been through a car wash everyday since 2017, she looked me in the face and said "at least you know they took care of it!" They attempted to make ME pay for their "package" and in that was the cost for window tint and "clear coating." This vehicle's window tint was NOT new due to the obvious warping! They were attempting to charge me for window tint that the previous owner paid to have put on the car! There was no clear coating, if there was the paint chip wouldn't be continuing to chip on that front bumper. I have a photo of the audit list of everything they have done to this car sent to me by one of the sales ladies to back the fact they did not put clear coating or window tint on this car. The other sales lady LIED to me saying her paint and body team painted another car's grille black and they can do that for me. But what she said her paint and body team did on another car was completely false! She tried to tell me that a stock LS Chevrolet grille was a custom job done by her dealership! LIES! Then! When I was trying to leave one of the ladies had another car pulled up for me to look at. When I tell you the smell of dog almost knocked me out.. I'm not exaggerating and there was obvious dog hair on the back of the 3rd row seats. I asked the sales lady "has this car been detailed?" She said "yes but it rained." How does rain put dog hair and dog smell inside the car? Just another lie. And to put the icing on the cake, I drove 2 hours back home only for them to not answer my phone call. I want everyone who is reading this to know that you don't have to pay for any of their "packages" they try and sell you! My husband got screwed over by them back in 2019 and we are having to pay thousands just to get out from under the truck they sold to him! That's his fault but still! This place is crooked!

Five Stars

I bought a 2015 Honda Fit and Karla Martinez got the car delivered the same day she showed it to us online. Her and I took it for a test drive on Monday. We both noticed the AC was not cooling up to par but she took it straight to the mechanics and it was fixed the next day. Karla was very prompt through this whole transaction and very pleasant to work with. Very good experience

***Beware***

We started the buying process online but when it came time to ask for a buyers order to give our bank there were $3000 in additional fee's tacked on for things like "Replacement Key Service" and Ceramic something or other that are services they make you accept and are not requested or needed. They would not order the online deal, and did not seem to care about how shady they are.

I bought two cars from this place a 2017 bmw 540 and a 2015 Mercedes cls 450. I have had so many problems with theses cars the bmw have a computer problem the air conditioning keeps going out and now I’m having a problem with the car leaking coolant. The Mercedes the left and right control arms need to be replace. I only have theses cars for about 5 months and the bmw have been in and out the shop 3 times. I never drove the Mercedes and just found out it had problems. I’m a truck driver and haven’t driven the cars 3 times. Please do not buy a car from this place. I have called the everyday and still can’t get any help to resolve theses issues. Karla was my sales lady and she was very helpful in the beginning but this place sucks please save yourself time money and peace of mind and avoid this place they sell bad cars

Bad cars

I bought two cars from this place a 2017 bmw 540 and a 2015 Mercedes cls 450.
