I was shopping for a van, I found one I liked Billy had here, I wasn't pressured, the service was great, so I baught it, the work if anything needs to be fixed, he will do it after the sale as well,,,totally great family business, not a buy and your own your on, grimmards sticks by you all they way,,

I live in Boston and was a little reluctant to purchase a pre-owned vehicle so far from home. But I made the visit there and fell in love with a beautiful blue 2010 BMW 328. Unfortunately, another buyer beat me with and offer to buy. Several days later, that buyer pulled out of the deal. Grimards had the car delivered to my driveway. Billy Tolios went above and beyond the call! Two months later, my check engine light when on and the vehicle needed coil/spark plug replacement. Driving it could have done much additional damage, so I took it to my local mechanic for repair, even though the car was still under Grimard's warranty. I notified Grimard's service Director, Mike, of the situation and they stood behind their warranty promise and reimbursed me for the (rather expensive)parts. They are true professionals! I cannot recommend Grimard's highly enough and I intend to send many of my friends and colleagues to their awesome dealership.

I spent 15 years in the car business so, knowing what I know about the process, it makes it very unpleasant for me to buy a car. Grimard's treated me with respect, I never worried for a moment weather or not I was being scammed. They took real good care of me after the sale too. I just took my daughter there for her first car, and she couldn't be happier.

Bought my first car from them six years ago. It was a 98 Honda Accord, with 88,000 miles or so. When we test drove the car, there were some minor issues. Grimard's fixed all the problems, and threw in a set of new tires. Gave us an excellent deal for our trade-in, which arrived on the back of a wrecker as it were. The car still works and was an amazing value. Grimard's is a fair dealer, and their prices are great. Very upfront about possible issues with the car. Will def. go back for my next vehicle.
