Professional and Courteous

Uftring Nissan

I recently purchased a new Murano from Uftring Nissan. Kedrick was my sales rep and he did an excellent job.. He explained the vehicles options in a very concise and knowledgeable manner, and helped us through the whole purchase process. We also worked with sales manager Todd on the pricing and a complicated problem with a recently purchased vehicle our daughter's. This whole process with worked out better than we could imagine, and Todd was great to work with. Thanks to Kedrick, Todd and the whole Uftring Nissan team.

GRREAT PURCHASE EXPERIENCE!!

I CAME FROM THE ST. LOUIS AREA TO BUY A CAR THAT I FOUND ONLINE. MOST ALL OF MY PURCHASE WAS HANDLED BY kRISTEN THROUGH SEVERAL TEXT MESSAGES. WHEN I ARRIVED ON SATURDAY TO PICK UP CAR IT WAS READY TO GO AND HAD BEEN WASHED AND DETAILED. ONE OF MY STIPULATIONS IN PURCHASE WAS THAT IT PASS A VISUAL INSPECTION OF CAR, TO DO THIS THIS COMPLETELY THEY BROUGHT CAR IN TO THE SERVICE CENTER AND PUT IT UP ON A LIFT ALLOWING ME TO VIEW THE UNDERSIDE OF THE CAR . GET A DEALERSHIP IN ST LOUIS TO DO THAT FOR YOU. ALL WAS GOOD UNDER CAR AND TEST DRIVE WAS GREAT. RICHARD IN USED SALES WALKED ME THROUGH THE FINAL STEPS OF PURCHASE AND WE WERE READY TO HEAD HOME. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING!!

great experience

Everyone worked really hard to make the whole experience great. I had used this dealership for my previous truck's service so there was no doubt I would return when it was time for a newer truck.

Great experience

Called Chris Rocke 10/3 to check on a car for me. On 10/7 I was driving off the lot with the car I wanted and at the price I wanted. Everyone that a dealt with to purchase my Rogue was very helpful.

Excellent Customer Service

I have been to many dealerships before and even worked in a couple, both locally and internationally, but this was the most positive experience I have had in a dealership. The customer service is excellent including phone operators, receptionist, sales, business, and service. This is the third car I buy from here and I have always had a great experience working with Chris Rocke, he is professional, helpful, honest, and provides the best customer service. After test-driving the car and expressing interest in it, Chris found me a car in the same day, but I wanted my car to include additional packages. By the next day he found a car with all the packages I wanted, and arranged to bring it to Peoria. Few days later I was driving my perfect car. In addition to Chris, I communicated with Joe, and worked with AJ on finalizing the paperwork, and they all were very helpful and pleasant to work with. I certainly will and have been recommending this dealership. Thank you!

Easy buying

I worked with Kramer first by phone and then in person and he made buying my new Altima painless. I did not like the color that they had on the lot, so they found just what I was looking for. I brought my Altima back to have the sealent put on and I had a bad wiper blade and took care of everything and gave me a loaner for the day. I would recommend Kramer and uftring to my friends and family.
