Great service!

I’ve been a long time customer of Uftring Nissan and have always had great customer service. I can’t say enough about my car salesman Henry Payton. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He did everything he could to assist in the purchase of my Maxima to make sure all expectations were met. I’m very happy with my purchase and recommend Henry to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

Very Pleased

I purchased my first Nissan ever from Richard Swanson at Uftring a few weeks ago. It’s a 2019 Frontier. Richard is knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. The whole process went smoothly. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Everyone else I dealt with there was professional and helpful too. My wife has purchased two new Muranos from them and has had great luck with both the cars and the dealership. Her experience there convinced me to give them a try and so far I’m very glad I did.

Swindled

I recently purchased a 2006 Honda CR-V from this dealership and within two days it was making vibrations from the front end, I brought it back they said there was nothing wrong with it and wouldn’t test it or diagnose the problems and I said I wanted to return it they said it was an as is car and I felt bullied and manipulated into this car and that I could trade up for a $14,000 car I told them what my budget was and they said they didn’t have any inventory in that price range and have been no help whatsoever in making me satisfied I told them it was a lemon and they said the car was perfectly fine they got trained by Gary Uftering not to sell a car if they wouldn’t let there family drive it and I may not be family but I don’t feel safe driving this car and wasn’t and am still not being treated like a valued customer something major is going wrong with this car

The Car I Was Looking For

After visiting a few other dealers I had not found the SUV I was looking for so I thought I would drop by the Uftiring Nissan dealer in Peoria and see what they had in their inventory. Tim Puentes had some good information on the Nissan models available and I was able to find a model that I had been looking for, a 2019 Nissan Rough Sport. I had a trade in, a 2011 Honda Accord and I got a purchase offer that I thought was very fair. I took a day to think it over and made the trade the following day. I am very happy with my new Nissan and look forward to many years of driving with quality service.

Best car shopping experience!

Kramer was the best car salesmen I’ve worked with. He was easy going, knew his stuff and wasn’t pushy. I was a new car buyer and pretty stressed about the whole ordeal. We tried working with dealerships closer to home and they were all terrible. So I will gladly do the hour drive to come back to uftring . I’ve been telling everyone about the great service. This company has a great reputation for great customer service and should be proud of their team.

Perfection

Very friendly and accommodating! Purchased my husband's Tahoe from Curt in February 2018 and couldn't have asked for a better salesman, so we recently in April 2019 went back to purchase a car for myself!

Great Service by Kendrick and the Uftring Team!

Purchased a brand new 2018 Nissan Kicks. Kendrick was very professional, knowledgeable and honest throughout the entire process as was the entire Uftring Team. Both Henry Payton & the Dealership were very wonderful to us in purchasing our vehicle from them..Henry asked what we wanted in the vehicle we were looking for & then provided us with an exact vehicle we were looking for, that had just come in that day to the dealership.. A.J.
