If your credit is not in great shape (like mine) don't be afraid to go browsing, these guys can make it happen for you and they wont make you feel like a second class citizen. Whats even better is the lack of pressure, not once did I feel like I was being forced to make a purchase, they wanted to get me in a vehicle I wanted to buy. They even went as far as to take care of an issue for me free of charge that that they didn't have to. Don't waste your time going to the larger chains, who just want to pump out volume, and dont put the consumer first, go to Expressway to find quality over quantity and where the people won't stop making sure you are leaving in exactly what you want. Had been searching for equinox couldn't find anything I liked. Walked into Expressway Motors, Robert Cruz helped me out and 30 mins later I had bought a Equinox, it was a late deal so they went out of there way and picked up the SUV the next day and had it serviced, detailed and filled with gas and dropped off at my work.
