I would never recommend anyone to this dealership. I purchased my car in May and it’s September and I still don’t have a title. I have contacted multiple people and still nothing. I had the best salesman but the finance dept is a joke. I have made two car payments but still don’t have actual ownership of the car I purchased. I had to contact the dealership about why I hadn’t received anything after I called the lien holder and they told me they rejected my loan due to the VIN not matching the car. There was NO COMMUNICATION with management and 90 days later still nothing. My car wouldn’t start so my husband took it in to see why and they didn’t even have the warranty information switched over to our names yet, this was just last Friday and I purchased the car back in May. This is not how you handle business and I will never be back nor will I recommend anyone to this dealership. Whenever I get a title and paperwork I will have a ton of fees from the DF&A for not registering and tagging within 30 days. Very frustrating and disappointed with this dealership.

Jesus, Shakera, and Jorge were amazing. The only issue was the communication with others at the dealership. When we arrived l, we spoke with a younger gentleman who said he had informed Jesus that we were on-site. I had filled out the application online and gave Shakera the stock number over the phone before hand so we assumed that we would be mostly done. After 30 minutes, we began to worry that we would not get seen. Shakera then came up to us and was able to get us seen with Jesus. Jesus informed us that no one had told him that we had arrived until Shakera did. After that, the process was smooth and friendly. Very good!!!

Good customer service. Warren was very friendly and helpful with our questions and knowledge of the car we were looking to purchase. A good buying experience.

SaVanna was great to deal with. She brought a vehicle to our home for us to drive. It wasn’t equipped exactly like we wanted, so she went out and found one in Louisiana that was. She’s very knowledgeable about Nissan models. Can’t ask for more. Paperwork was also a breeze.

We got there late in the evening. It appeared most salesmen had gone home. James was the only one on the lot. He did a great job of helping several parties at the same time, way past closing time. We weren't able to make up our minds that evening, but James was ready for us two days later and made everything work out smoothly.

Carlos was a great salesman that helped me purchase my first car. He address all my needs and wants which made my experience great. I am very happy with my experience at Nissan.

Savanna was great and was so patient with us. Made it so easy and worth the purchase. I will be recommending MD for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle

SaVanna was great, plain & simple. She even came in on her day off and talked to me about the car. The car we wanted was not on her lot but she made some calls and found two of them. Got the car we wanted in just a few days and kept in contact with us daily. Next time I'm looking to buy another car, I know exactly who to call.....SaVanna!!!
