This place is amazing. Billy and Rod know how to make an excellent deal. I was in and out unless than 2 hours. They found me the exact vehicle I asked for and sold it to me at an amazing bargain. They beat my rate i received from my personal credit union i have been doing business with for over a decade. They went out of their way to make sure I was completely comfortable during these pandemic times as well. They provided me with an endless stream of hand sanitizer, rubber gloves, and face masks. These 2 guys were personable and very professional at the same time. I LOVE THIS PLACE!! I WILL DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN!!! THANKS BILKY AND ROD!!

My Altima SR Turbo Purchase

I just purchased an Altima SR 2.0 Turbo from McLarty Daniel Nissan. I had the pleasure of talking with Carlos Becerra to land this deal. Carlos was extremely good to work with. He answered my questions, and there were plenty, without hesitation, without a 'sales' pitch which I greatly appreciated. When the car I preferred was not available in Bentonville, Carlos hunted down a car just like I wanted. Awesome, Carlos! Then there's the manager, JD. Very nice man and also easy to talk with. He worked on this purchase to my liking. Then there is Jorge Corzo in the Finance Department. All of these men were a delight to work with and the employees that were not directly involved with me were super polite. I would not hesitate to come back here and do business or to recommend them to a friend.

I recently purchased a 2017 Nissan Rogue S from McLardy Daniel Nissan in Bentonville, AR. Michael Smith was my sales person. I was very impressed with his professional and friendly manner. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything about the sale. He did everything he could to make sure the sale went smoothly, which I appreciated, due to My previous sale with this dealership did not. Michael reassured some of the faith back with McLarty Daniel Dealership. Thank you Michael for taking care of my sale! You are differently an asset to the dealership.

Awesome place to do business with.

Salesman and the Manager were exceptionally great! Answered all my questions and sent me any pics I needed. I don't feel like any stone was left unturned. Very happy with my purchase!

horrible customer service

Recently took my car to this dealership because the check engine light was on. My appointment was at 1:00, at 2:15 it was still outside and had not been taken in......what are appointment times for? The advisor assigned, Mike Boenne is consistently the rudest customer service person I have dealt with. We had used him previously and switched to Ricardo, who is always polite. I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership and will NEVER purchase another. I don't use social media, but would create a page just to let people know how I was treated. I spoke with two other people in the waiting area that agreed the service department is lacking.
