Great service

I just bought my 7th Nissan from Carlos B. He is very knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process. He even stayed late (after 9:00pm) until I was done.

Great customer service !!

Great customer service and very willing to work with us to get us what we wanted and for the price we wanted. Desmond Lackey was excellent to work with us to get us the vehicle we wanted. I would highly recommend Desmond if you are looking for a new or used vehicle.

Professional and Caring

Jesse Ables was our Salesman. Even though he was a new employee, he handled himself extremely well. He answered all our questions quickly and thoroughly. If he didn't know an answer, he promptly went and got the info from someone who did know. He was assisted by Billy Turner, who was training Jesse. Billy also gave us excellent service. We never felt pressured or hurried to make a decision. They were relaxed and friendly and moved at our pace. There was a huge selection of cars on the lot - which made it easier to find just the right one for us. Jesse also followed up several times over the next few weeks to see how we were enjoying our vehicle, and cheerfully answered any questions I had. Adam Harris was our Finance Manager. He was very sharp and explained the details very thoroughly. Rodney Chatman (R.D.), was the New Sales Manager. Even though it was a very busy Saturday, and he was extremely busy overseeing all the new car deals, he took time to chat with us and made us feel like friends instead of just customers. This dealership made such a great impression on us that we easily remembered the face and full name of each person who helped us.

Horrible customer service

The dealership is horrible. From the sales experience, to there service department. I have had issue after issue with them. I will never do business with them again.

Excellent and easy.

I called this dealership right before they closed and sent in an application for financing. My situation was bleak, just totaled a car, lousy credit but they had the car I wanted. I drove 4 hours the next day and they had the car out front ready for me and had me already approved and set to go. They were extremely helpful and I would definitely recommend them.

Like family

Treated like family from the minute I got out of my car. Greeted by everyone and all smiled. The salesman was professional and personable at the same time. We felt as though we were being helped by a friend not a salesperson. Will be back and look forward to come back for service.

Great service and quick sale

Called dealership and ask about a certain car on a Friday afternoon and was driving it off the lot same day.. Very easy to negotiate with. Looking forward to getting car serviced with them.

McClarty Daniel Comes Through Once Again!!

I was in need of a replacement vehicle and did not consider any other brand than Nissan. Since driving my first Altima in 2013, I have been impressed by the brand and dealership. This time I bought a 2018 Rogue from the Pre-Certified dealership. Jacob Murray was my salesman who went out of his way to make sure cost was right, the vehicle was clean and everything was correct. Heath Heilman made the financial aspect of the visit an easy one. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I look forward to the maintenance visits where Ricardo is equally professional and personable. I have nothing but good things to say when friends and family ask me where to go for a vehicle purchase or maintenance visit!!!
