Upon arrival my wife andI were met by Ricardo and a young lady he was training. They were very polite and soon had us very happy with another Rogue and very happy with the financing end also. We were treated exceptionally well during our purchase. The entire process was explained step by step, and the car's features were fully explained, as well. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. We had originally had an appointment to just change the oil in our Ford Focus, which we'd purchased from this dealership two years ago, as a good used car. While the staff was doing that, I spoke with a sales associate, and liked the deal he made for us. I went home, got my good wife, and we purchased the new car. We couldn't be happier!

Trevor Austin helped me with the purchase of my vehicle. There was no pressure, and I took my time to think about my purchase. I knew the listing price before visiting the dealership. The additional fees were minimal. I left the first day to think it over. When I returned the next day, the price of the vehicle and my goal converged, and I purchased the vehicle. I was already pre-approved for financing, however the dealership beat my pre-approved interest rate by about 2%. I will keep this dealership in mind for my future car purchases.
