Not Internet Friendly Dealership

The dealership’s sales representative responded quickly but did not provide the additional photographs or specific information about the Sienna requested via CARS.COM. The sales representative sent numerous emails with the usual request for my telephone number and wanting to know when I could come in for a test drive. I responded by letting the sales representative know I did not live in the local area so I did not want to talk with the sales manager or drive 220 miles for a test drive until I knew more about the Sienna. The sales representative did not respond or provide any additional information about the Sienna. Some car dealerships embrace internet sales but some do not. This dealership apparently does not.

Great Experience!

This dealership and their staff are exceptional, friendly and knowledgeable. The deal made was great. I would recommend them to all I know. If I ever need another vehicle, I’ll definitely return to this dealership. Leticia Polanco is one not on your list but was exceptional as well.

RD is the best

RD made the process of buying a new car so unbelievable. Best I’ve ever had. Give that guy a raise! Listens to what’s important to the customer, understands needs, reacts while keeping everything in mind. Only wanted what was right for us.

Disgusted

Disgusted I’ve been taking my car to the Bentonville dealer . I have never been there where they did not mess something up , forget something or did not do it at all . I’ve been going there for a year I will not go back . When I first got the car I took it in because the seatbelt in the back was broken . First they said they looked at it and it wasn’t broken I had to crawl in the backseat and show them . Second I made an appointment because they had to order the part I took it in they ordered the wrong part . I had to make another appointment for the second part they ordered they put it on the wrong side . I had to make another appointment for them to fix that mess up . I went in for the next appointment they put it in upside down . I took my car in because my bumper was loose they fix the bumper but forgot to reattach the battery to the cables so for two months my car kept dying on me . It took them twice coming out and looking at my car to figure out that the battery was not connected and it was their fault . It takes them two hours to change the oil every single time . I had a 30,000 mile check on my car they didn’t fill up all of the fluids . I don’t even know if they did what they were supposed to do they didn’t change the windshield wipers and they charged me $400 for nothing . Don’t go in there if you do you’re wasting your money I’ve been wasting mine for the last year I’m going to someone else now just a warning . I have three Nissan‘s I like the car they need to get better dealers to take care of them !!!!!
