Alonzo Miramontes is the best at customer service I have ever seen in any business. That is a huge compliment but it is deserved. Alonzo always goes above and beyond in the area of customer service to his customers. My wife and I saw it again today when we had new tires installed on our Murano. Alonzo is able to zero in on the customers needs and does what it takes to meet those needs. He treats customers as he would want to be treated. Nissan Service is in great hands with Alonzo as the manager. This young man is on his way to a bright future in the automotive industry, I just hope Nissan can hang onto him. The salesman was very nice. Worked hard to make a good sale. Everybody was fabulous at the time of the sale. The salesman promised to follow-up and provide a second key (which all certified cars should come with). Also promised to provide a missing floor mat and do some repairs on the interior rear passenger door. I can't get the salesman to respond to me now.. Maybe he's on vacation. I'm not sure who to go to now.

Very easy to deal with and got a great price on a new truck. We bought on a Sunday and had to wait for a finance person to get there but other than that it was a good experience. Would recommend this dealership.
