We bought a used truck from Loren a little while ago. Then I started looking to trade my Jeep Wrangler in for a SUV. I texted Loren and he directed me to RD Chatman in new car sales and he made contact ASAP with me. I told him what I was looking for and he texted me what he had in inventory. I drove up to see the vehicles and he was very patient with me because I wanted a bench seat and my husband wanted bucket seats on the second row so RD took me around to let me sit in the vehicles so I could see for myself how they were. He didn't pressure me. He was very friendly. Made buying my new car very easy. He even walked me to the service dept and introduced me to that team.

Jeanette did a fantastic job in making this experience as seamless as possible. She had us pre approved and had our car ready to go as soon as we got there. She went above and beyond to make things as easy as possible for us. She was very informative and provided amazing customer service.
