I had the best experience at Toyota of Rockwall. Both Ivan and Rebecca made me feel like they genuinely cared about my time and made the process of getting my car amazing. Unfortunately the sales manager Corey Thomas was singlehandedly the most rude, insulting, and brash individual I have ever spoken to. The entire experience of Toyota of Rockwall was soured by Corey Thomas and thus, will take my 86 to be serviced at Norm Reeves Subaru of Rockwall. I cancelled my order of another vehicle I had at Toyota of Rockwall and will never set foot in that building again. Thank you for your truly wonderful, positive, and polite Ivan and Rebecca. The same can not be any more wrong about Corey Thomas however.

I have written review after review to you and I have not
I have written review after review to you and I have not ever heard from anyone. First of all when I was purchasing my car I was asking for certain things on the car and I kept being told that I couldn’t get those, a good sales person would’ve sat down with me and tried to figure out how to get me what I wanted. You promise things that you don’t come through with, you promised free car washes when I got my car serviced and now you’ve done away with those so in essence you lied to me when I bought the car. I would never ever ever refer anybody to do business with Toyota of Rockwall
