Pleasant Buying Experience

My recent Purchase of a New Ford Fusion was a pleasant experience thanks to Shawn Moore and the team at Kunes Country Ford in Antioch,IL. Shawn provided my wife and I information on the model cars we were interested in and provided several cars with different options for us to test drive. This was very helpful as we weren't sure what we wanted. Once a car model was selected Shawn and dealership team worked on providing a good deal on a Ford Fusion that fit into our budget. Shawn was very helpful in explaining the features of our new Fusion to my wife and I and set up a follow-up time a few days later to answer our questions after driving the car and playing with the features. The follow=up session was very helpful. This is the 2nd car my family has purchase from Kunes County Ford with-in the past year.

Great experience

Tracy was our salesman and we had nothing but superb experience from him. This was our 2nd time buying a car from Kunes country ford and this time was that much better and easier. Tracy meet all of our needs and would recommend anyone looking to purchase a Ford to take the trip out to Antioch and go to Kunes country ford!

Should be zero stars

I purchased a BRAND NEW Ford Explorer about a month ago. Besides the salesman, Tracy, my entire experience was laughable at best. They pulled around my brand new car and it was DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY. The outside had marks all over it, the front passenger seat had some substance splatter on it, dead fly on the dash...you name it, it was filthy. Oh and there was a door ding. My husband noticed a burn mark on the hood. It seemed like wax was left on too long or something. They agreed to replace the hood, fix the door ding, and detail the entire car "again". I called and scheduled an apt to bring back the car. The lady on the phone promised I would have a nice rental car waiting for me, it would only take one day, and I'd be in and out in 20 mins. I was scheduled at 7:30am on a weekday. We get the car home 10 mins later and come to realize one of the headrests are missing from the car. My husband goes back to the dealership and one team member explained they only had one other headrest and they couldn't give it to him because a couple was on there way in to purchase the vehicle. "Oh really? Well, we just purchased a $42K vehicle ourselves...." My husband asked for the manager and they gave us the headrest. I arrive at 7:30 to drop my car off and the guy at the service desk was so rude. I let him know I was supposed to have a car waiting and he laughs it off. He calls enterprise and they have no cars available so he laughs again and goes "Well, I hope you can drive an F-150." My husband drives one and I've driven it many times so I said that would be fine. I get the keys and leave an hour later. I go to get in the truck and low and behold it appears to be the porter truck. It is dirty and smells beyond words. But now I'm running late for work so I leave. After the work day, I go to get in the "rental truck" and the smell is just nasty. I decide to peak in the center counsel and there are a pile of dirty towels. Well that explains the smell.... I call Kunes because I have yet to hear from them and it's 5pm. The lady that answers the phone says it's not going to be done for another day. (Another false promise) I ask her if she had a different rental car because this truck is disgusting and I explain the smell and so forth. With no regard, she goes "ma'm that is a 2017 truck..." (Like that matters at this point?) I didn't even want to go and deal with the service department again so my husband and I figured out alternate plans on how to get to and from work just so I didn't have to talk to anyone again. Finally, I go pick up my car the next day. They fixed the hood, the door ding, and detailed it....well except the roof. The roof had water spots all over it. Was I about to walk in and complain again? No, because after this experience it would not of done any good anyway. Disappointed is a total understatement. When you purchase a vehicle with that high of a price tag, you would think a dealership would go the extra mile on service.

Helping me for the right car!

As I was going to see just one base model car, Jesus was giving information on the car. Next to the base model was an higher package of the car but the color wasn't right for until they brought one! Magnetic gray was an outstanding color low profile of the car, fell in love with it! If you're looking for a car and want to have an calm and honest car shopping experience ask for chuey!

Great experience

Jon Castleman a fantastic job helping my wife and I find a new F-150 that was beeeutiful! The purchase of any vehicle is often stressful - it's a BIG purchase. Jon (and frankly everyone we met at Kunes) were superbly accommodating. Jon's product knowledge is excellent, he listened carefully to all of our needs, and only showed us vehicles that fit our needs - even while my wife and I were still trying to sort those needs out. Kudos to Jon and the team there.

Well I have to say I came in with 6 kids spent 4 hours and left with a 2017 Journey! I was impressed with all they offer,popcorn chips soda massage chair and tv for kids enjoyment! All the sales reps and finance people were awesome BUT my sales rep was outstanding, he pushed and pulled and got me my dream vehicle,Anthony thank you so very much you r the best we will be back very soon to buy my oldest a car from You! Best dealership experience

Over the years i have bought many cars, and i would have to say this experience was by far the best ive had. They were extremely knowledgeable, experienced, & understanding. From beginning to end the whole process only took a few hours and i walked away with exactly what i was looking for.
