Fantastic Service
You know how dealerships will say anything to get you there...well these people did that but that stuck by what they said. I was left a voicemail that said we can get you in a car with no money down and that's just what they did. My payment is higher than I wanted but I'm okay with it. I was at the dealership for 4 hrs but that's because they had lots of customers. It actually only took me 30 mins to get financed. I'm in a 2016 and it's great. I also have a 3 year warranty. I want to thank Ken Stapleton for everything. If you are looking for a car see go to Kunes Ford in Antioch and see Ken.

Trade in an acura for a Ford Edge.
I felt that the purchase of the new vehicle met my expectations somewhat, but I was not thrilled with the result. I was offered a price discount over the internet through true car and when it came time to make the deal, the dealer would not offer the internet discount. They also low balled my trade in and after a few rounds of negotiation where I insisted on a lower price, we finally came to an agreement which I could live with. When an internet price is offered, I feel it is the responsibility of the dealership to honor the offer. I have had similar experiences with Acura and the dealer internet offer was honored without hassle. We found a couple of minor defects in the car which we expect the dealer to take care of. The sales person was very friendly and attempted to answer all of our questions, but as I stated, the hassle over the price of the car was a turn off for me. I would expect the sales person to take you through the controls of the vehicle and demonstrate all of the features once you agree to purchase the car. This is exactly what happened when we purchased an Acura, but at this Ford dealership, no one offered to explain any of the details of the operational controls of the car. Maybe this is typical of most car dealers, but when compared to my Acura purchase, this left me feeling that I was not an important customer. I hope they can improve on these details if they expect to retain my business in the future.

When we came to Kunes Ford, we were not sure what type of car we wanted to purchase. After test-driving a few cars, we decided to purchase the Ford Escape Titanium. Kunes Ford...well worth the drive!
We purchased a new 2017 Explorer from Aaron Olson at Kunes Ford in Antioch. It was a wonderful experience. Even though we have multiple Ford dealerships that are less than 15 miles away we drove 70 miles round trip to purchase the vehicle from Aaron at Kunes. I had very specific requirements for a vehicle, Aaron was able to locate a vehicle that matched my needs that was almost 300 miles away. He arranged to have the car picked up and available for delivery to us within two business days. He also made sure that the extra accessories we wanted were ordered and installed at his dealership before we arrived so we wouldn't have to make a second trip. Aaron was awesome and everyone from the sales manager to the finance manager went out of their way to make sure our buying experience was perfect. I would highly recommend Kunes Ford to family and friends and will definitely make the 70 mile round trip back to Kunes for future vehicle purchases.
