***Read this review it could save you THOUSANDS*** Whoever does the inspections/repairs for the vehicles does not do a very good job and i would be AMAZED if they were a licensed mechanic. If you buy a used vehicle from here, be smarter than me. HAVE IT FULLY INSPECTED. My failure resulted in a 11.8k car becoming a 13.8k car due to the repairs it needed to make it road worthy. Also hid a front end collision using drywall screws to put the bumper cover back in place while telling me it has a clean car fax and no accidents were reported. (completely dishonest) Parts i had to replace included: Two wheel bearings, front brakes were completely toast, lower ball joint( That was not repaired correctly resulting in a entire front knuckle repair, timing belt and water pump, and the car still shakes violently on the freeway. If i could return this car, i would in a heartbeat. Long story short, do yourself a favor and pay a mechanic $300 bucks to go over the car for a couple of hours. If i would have done that, i would have not paid over 9.5k for the car w/ dealer fees included. Edit: Found more issues. This was absolutely the worst financial choice i've made so far. Probably going to repair it, sell it and eat 4 grand. Thanks Kaap auto!

My truck has had a slight oil leak ever since I purchased the truck from Kapp Auto Sales, in Roy, UT, less than 6 months ago. I purchased an extensive Bumper-to-Bumper Extended Warranty when I purchased the truck. Kapp Auto Sales is refusing to repair my truck under the warranty because they are saying it is not a moving part. How can they call it a Bumper-to-Bumper Warranty

I bought a truck from out of state and they told me the AC worked and the transmission was great. The whole way home the transmission was slipping and the AC does not work. Started snowing on our way home and found out the windshield wipers also do not work... super dangerous! You can only partially adjust the driver seat, it only came with one key and no remote and one of the doors doesn’t work. I also had to replace the entire cooling system and all belts. I’ve bought out of state before and had zero issues. Definitely not buying here again and I do not trust them or recommend them to anyone.

I have absolutely no complaints about kapp auto sales and they will definitely get more business from me in the future. They were very honest and helpful and they didn?t pressure me into anything I didn?t want. They were very friendly and they took care of every need I had. I would definitely recommend anyone shopping for a car or truck to visit kapp auto sales.
