Really good sefvice

Friendly, efficient technician, met me immediately and explained what needed to be done with an estimate of how long it would take. It doesn’t get better than that.

Wonderful experience!

Wonderful experience! All staff members are really respectful and friendly. Jesus and Michael made my vehicle purchase very easy to understand and stress free both of them with their outgoing, and easy to talk to qualities made my customer service experience great! I felt comfortable asking anything and everything that came to my mind. Great communication! It was a pleasure to work with them!

Amazing customer service, top notch sales and management.

Amazing customer service, top notch sales and management. Our first time buying from a Royal Dealership but won't be the last. We bought a used car that we love at a fair price. Unfortunately it had a mechanical issue shortly after we purchased it. The managers put us in a loaner vehicle while the service center diagnosed and repaired the issue. No questions asked just took care of it and got us going again. Highly recommend this company if you are in need of a new or used vehicle.

Typical Dealer

+ Popcorn and a clean waiting room were the nice memories. - Overpriced item like quoting a cabin filter at $89+ and an air filter at $43+ compared to buying local at $11.37 & $10.71. Plus claiming windshield washers need repaired for $147+ when they don't need repair according to a second opinion. If it wasn't for the "Warrantee for Life" gimmick, I'd do my own maintenance. We'll see how good that warrantee is when something does go wrong.
