Everything a car buying experience should be.

This was the 7th vehicle purchase between my husband and I over the years. We are so impressed with Royal Kia's business model. Their pricing is fair, upfront, and there is no pressure for sales or add-on's. They valued our time and did not "hold us hostage" for hours on end, like other dealerships have in our experience. Their employees are well trained, professional and very knowledgeable. Royal Kia got us the vehicle we wanted and in the price range we needed. Sean Sjogren made the entire process fast, smooth and very pleasant. We will absolutely be back for future vehicle needs.

I bought a new Kia while waiting on repairs for old vehicle. The dealer Tom Rice was very good . Professional, calm and friendly. What is a long tedious process that took all day it seemed, he made much more bearable. I appreciated that.

New car purchase was a pleasant experience for once.

My wife and I both were very pleased with the service and Alfredo was extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful (especially when we were"t able to start our new car to go home!). We would certainly not hesitate to recommend Royal to our friends. Alfredo is very likable and makes it easy to buy!

True Professionals

Fantastic service, no pressure, great personalities, honest pricing. Anchoret is amazing! Melissa helped with the paperwork and was funny and made it pretty painless. The final sales pitch is uncomfortable and dramatic but we all survived.

Purchasing a Kia Soul 2016

I went to this dealership with the intent to buy a used car. The sales person (Alfredo Rascon) did talk to me about my car usage and needs. We then drove a 2015 Kia Soul with 14K miles around the block a few times. I did like it but was a little concerned with that much milage. The sales person then suggested that he had a few 2016 Kia Soul in the back yard. We drove that one around and it felt that it had a better drive. And it was only $800 dollars more than the 2015. The paperwork process was long but not overwhelming. So far am really enjoying the Soul. Royal Kia did a really nice job of selling the car to me!

The best car buying experience ever with Melissa Shelley!!

I really enjoyed my recent purchase experience with Royal Kia and Melissa Shelley. I have always owned Chevrolets and this was my first experience working with the Kia Dealership. Melissa is a very knowledgeable sales representative and was very polite and courteous. She made my buying experience very pleasant. She answered all my questions and concerns about the Kia Forte and made my experience with Royal Kia a very pleasant one. Melissa is very professional and easy to work with. She has great follow through and follows up on all the details to make the car buying experience easy with no stress. I love driving my new Kia and I would highly recommend Melissa and Royal Kia to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. My experience with Royal Kia and Melissa Shelley was wonderful!!!

Not a happy customer!

Dave Loper has no customer service skills.. I picked up my vehicle today after we had to leave my vehicle overnight for repairs. When my vehicle was brought to the front I noticed my vehicle had a little damage and the service person we usually go to was busy and sent over Dave Loper. We brought to his attention what the problem was and he said "that with time the rubber comes off". My husband and I understand that, but the rubber that goes over the sides of the head lights was half way out and my vehicle was not left overnight with the rubber sticking out, we tried to explain that to him and his exact word were "What do you want me to do about it" with an attitude, really that how Kia employees treat there customers? I'll tell you what I as a customer who has taken 2 vehicle for the last 4 years for services and just traded in a vehicle over an year ago wanted to hear Dave Loper, "what can I do to help, or let me take your vehicle back to service department and see if we can fix it". THAT AS A CUSTOMER, IS WHAT I WANTED FOR YOU TO DO ABOUT IT! Royal Kia, has a saying "welcome to the royal family" well let me tell you Royal Kia, today me and my husband didn't feel that we were part of the family. That's the reason I gave Dave Loper no stars and would NEVER refer a friend or family member to you!

Craig Abbot - Buy from him.

I had looked online to buy a car for my daughter and found the car I wanted so I called Royal Kia. Thankfully I got Craig by blind luck. He was courteous, efficient, comfortable to deal with and knowledgeable. I dont like dealing with sales people but Craig is a breath of fresh air. So much so that when I went to buy a car for myself I went back to the same company so that I could stay in network and have him handle my deal. Truth is I bought the Kia because it was a great car at a good price for my kid. When I went looking for a SUV for myself I have never been a GMC guy but I would rather deal with him than some random sales person. Good company and I will send everyone I know looking for a car to him.

Great experience which made the final decision easy!

Melissa was so professional yet personable at the same time. She totally put me at ease and was patient while I made my decision. I felt she completely had my best interest in mind, and it was obvious she loves what she does and is very knowledgeable! This is the second car I have purchased at Royal Kia and I would not hesitate to go back again!
