I,ve been a Fair Oaks customer for many years.

I,ve been a Fair Oaks customer for many years...even back to their original location on Naper/Odgen ave's. Our Sales Consultant, Alyssa Pacella was great working with me. Time spent with me on deciding between two different models. Alyssa and Mo (Sales Mgr) were so good to discuss the set up. If there was room for one more star six stars to both of them.

Friendly Service Department! Serviced my company vehicle and was in and out in 1 hour. I will never bring my company vehicle anywhere else for service, period! The team at Fair Oaks Ford is one of a kind when it comes to customer service.

I always feel like Fair Oaks Ford does an excellent job

I always feel like Fair Oaks Ford does an excellent job maintaining my car. The service writer listens to my requests and documents it correctly. I’ve never had to come back because the work wasn’t done right.

Recently purchased a 2023 Ford Edge from the Lincoln

Recently purchased a 2023 Ford Edge from the Lincoln Dealership in Naperville. I'm very Happy with the purchase as well as with the Experience. The sales rep, Alfonso was very helpful and reached out to check in after the purchase. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Nice atmosphere and very knowledgeable people. Everyone was very nice. I have never had a salesperson like Serafin b4. And have never sat with the Service Manager, Bob was great. And the finance manager was very helpful.

Easy and courteous to deal with.

Easy and courteous to deal with. Larry came in a little early to meet us as we had driven from SE Indiana and stayed over night to get the car we wanted and Fair Oaks had. Met us at the door and introduced us to the Lincoln Specialist Robert Schmaltz who basically took over from there and did a thorough job of going over the car's features and helped us through paperwork. I didn't like their trade in offer so Larry came and we easily negotiated a more reasonable offer (same cash offer as Carvana had offered but saved that much sales tax).
