I made an appointment to have the oil changed @ 12:45 and

I made an appointment to have the oil changed @ 12:45 and arrived at 12:25 and checked in! 2 hrs later our car still had not even moved!

I had some warrant work done on my Forester middle of

I had some warrant work done on my Forester middle of February that needed to be done before I could continue to drive it and the folks at Peninsula Subaru got me in to get it done quickly. Whilst they had parts of the engine opened up they noticed that I had quit a build up of carbon on my intake so they were able to get it all cleaned up with a major saving to me by doing with intakes already removed! So happy they let me know this and save me money plus get a better running car. Everyone in their office was professional and knowledgeable in all areas of this transaction. The main person that I dealt with was Amy Bettencourt, who did a fantastic job of helping me out answering my questions and everything to do with my car repair and loaner car while fixing my car. Amy is an excellent employee.! I would highly recommend the service center at Peninsula Subaru to others!

I went to Peninsula Subaru this week to test drive a Subaru Forester. Jon Gardner was my sales person. He was very knowledgeable about the cars I drove. The thing I liked best about Jon was his patience with me and the fact that he didn't pressure me at all. He made the whole experience a pleasure.

We recently purchased a used car from Peninsula Subaru in Bremerton, WA. We had a great experience and we're happy with our used car. We worked with Patrick. He was very helpful, and easy to work with. Patrick took care of some extra details for us that made our purchasing process much easier. We definitely recommend Peninsula Subaru Pre-owned cars sales. Andrew was great in the financing…no pressure, honest info, extremely knowledgeable, and quick with the whole paperwork process! Ben, our salesman, was equally as impressive! Great experience in trading-in two vehicles for the purchase of a new Subaru! ‘Highly recommend Peninsula Subaru!!!!

I purchased a 2024 Crosstrek Wilderness and honestly it

I purchased a 2024 Crosstrek Wilderness and honestly it was one of the most pleasantly refreshing and enjoyable experiences I've had with a new car purchase! Subaru dealers alone seem share a comforting no-pressure ethos that sets them apart from all other brands, and amongst them Peninsula Subaru is one to brag about. DJ Dougherty my salesman was awesome in working with me to achieve a quick and overly fair price on my new Crosstrek and trade-in, I can't say enough about his great efforts. I also stopped in to introduce myself to Rick Miller the Parts & Service Manager to get a feel for how my eventual new Crosstrek and existing Outback would be treated at Peninsula Subaru and I left very impressed that I and the cars would be competently well taken care of. I'm a happy camper.
