I?m very particular about nearly everything and pay attention to every little thing because the devil is always in the details. When I walked into the showroom I immediately relaxed. My salesperson - Mohammed - was intuitive, caring, and highly professional. I felt like a family member ? rather than a customer and I knew that I could trust him to help me make the right decision for me. He helped me identify my dream car and cannot thank him enough. Went in with a trade that I owed substantial money on and I had been turned down by many dealers because of this, I thought I wouldn't be able to get a vehicle. Purchased a great BMW from Salesman Alejandro in July 2017. I also purchased a 3 year - 36000 mile Extended Warranty for $3500. I brought the car home and had it checked out by my local BMW Dealer who gave the vehicle a perfect bill of health. The car has 62000 miles on it and figured I probably wouldn't have issues with the vehicle until long after the warranty expires. I filled out the proper paperwork and sent to both European Masters and Continental Warranty. The Warranty company told me the release was sent to Masters and they would send me the reimbursement. I sent several emails and voicemail to Kevin V. in finance and he refuses to contact me. Overall I was very satisfied with the process of the purchase and the vehicle. Great people work there from the sales Managers to the car detailers. It was a great experience. I find it hard to believe that I wouldn't be reimbursed after I cancelled my Extended Warranty. Now I have no warranty nor my $3500. This is down right theft.

Fantastic experience and great business especially as a first time car buyer. Got my loan and my BMW which I was aging for years on end. The best of the best is defiantly how European Masters should be known for. The dealership is in mint conduction all around and all the staff there are the nicest people who in all look to exceed in customer satirsfaction. Alex was the car salesman who helped me purchase my 2012 Chevrolet Camaro 2SS. 10 out of 10 rating throughout the whole process. I recommend to anyone looking into purchasing a car to check them out.
