Recently, so Neil, the owner had automobile from North Carolina. He was most pleasant to work with and did everything that he promised to do. I look forward to working with him in the future extremely trustworthy individual.

Neil and Jake are great - nice, direct, knowledgeable and honest. Bought a 2017 e400 with 38k miles for a really good price and it is aces!! They are upfront about everything, and as far as service, I called today because my front tire is leaking air, and I’ll go in tomorrow morning at 8 AM and have them either plug it or put a new tire on. How often can you do that with a dealer? I’m considering buying another used Merc from them. One of my best friends talked to me into buying a used Mercedes, as he has bought from them over the last few decades, and he just had glowing things to say about them, and my experience is consistent with that. I had originally went to get my CLS-550 fixed in order to be able to pass inspection and to fix injectors, lights, spark plugs, and battery. Upon getting my car back from the service department I happen to see a S-class 550 4matic on the lot which I did not see a week ago. Funny that was their because I always wondered if they ever get this car on trade. Found out it was very rare indeed. I looked it over and was asked If I was interested which I was and took it for a drive. Needless to say the car was absolutely flawless. Could not find a cratch or inperfection on it inside or out. I had red about S-classes being top notch and this lived up to that. After wating to see if someone else was going to purchase it and failed, it was then my turn and seeing that this is a rare occasion I pulled the trigger and purchased it. I like the idea that they were not high pressure sales at all and were straight up with the whole experience. Love driving this work of art and its like driving on a cloud. Thanks Neil and Jake!!

Star Motors was willing to tackle a problem with our aging Mercedes that the dealership refused to. It took some time but Star Motors resolved our issue and once again we are riding in style with no worries. Straight talk and a fair price... worht the trip from anywhere!

Very courteous and professional! We had a problem with our Mercedes and they got us in for a check and found the problem in short order and got us back on our way. Being from out of state on a trip, this was unexpected but very much appreciated. Thank you for your excellent service.

Had carberutor issue and never seemed to finish Three years later because of poor storage the car deteriorated. Never explained the delay other than emplyee issues.Now going into litigation
