    I was interested in a vehicle that this Dealer had for sale. I emailed them 3 times directly on their site as well as through Autotrader and Cars.com sites... requesting just a couple of pics of the car's engine and it's seats. [ it had none ] My emails were never responded to so finally I called them and requested the same. I was abruptly told " we don't have a Scanner " I was given the old " come up and see it" line even though I told him that I lived quite a distance away. What type of Car Dealership does not have the basic and standard technical equipment which enables them to respond to a potential customer's simple email requests when they, in fact, post ' ask a question ' on their own internet sales site as well as other sites on which they advertise their vehicle sales inventory ????? He could have simply taken the pics with his cellphone and emailed them to my email address within a mere 2-5 minute time period. He was again, abrupt, seemed disinterested and was very unwilling to even remotely respond to my very simplistic and standard request. Just by this one phone call I could surmise what kind of Dealership World Wide Auto is. Not accommodating in the least and totally lacking in good and proper customer sales etiquette.

    Drove over 2 ours to see a vehicle that was advertised on Cars.com. I set an appointment, I arrived, test drove the car, then was told that the price... in the ad was incorrect. the selling price was $3200 more than the advertised price. Someone needs to keep a closer eye on the store. Was told the advertising company made the mistake not them.

    I recently purchased a used mdx from World Wide Auto, and my wife and I had a wonderful time there. The service was great. They answered all of the questions... we had. The car itself was in great condition and we were very satisfied with the overall experience there. I will highly recommend my friends and family there. The guys there really took care of us. Will DEFINATELY purchase my next vehicle from there as well.

    i went there to buy Acura MDX. i liked the price but dint like the sale's man attitude. the way he behave it looks like you went there just to take a look... but not to buy. he was very impatience. wanted to do the business right way.

    they sold me a vehicle that needed a lot of work tune up brakes rear drums front rotors when I went to confront them they told me I should have bought... the parts and that they will do the work I'm real disappointed
