Excellence

I had such great service at springs automotive, I was assisted by dwayne jr on getting my car up to maintenance. He has such an excellent attitude and very helpful when it comes to knowing what needs to be done on cars.

Outstanding Dealership

For me being a first time buyer I expected high prices, lies and all kind of things just to get my money but at spring's automotive I didn't get any of that. The employees were very honest and friendly. They tried to get the best deal out there possible for me. They worked with my budget and my didnt make me stretch my wallet. With the help of Mike Gravelle, John Byrd and Justin I was able to purchace a 2007 Toyota Corolla as my first car. They helped me get what I needed and kept a smile on there face no matter how dificult I was being. I am happy that I choose springs automotive. I have already recommended it to my friends.

Amazing!!!

I recently purchased a car at Springs Automotive Group and the experience was great. The staff there make you feel like family. The hassle free environment makes the entire process easy. The staff went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family. Thank you for all the great effort.

Beware of Dealership.

Never again. BEWARE. These guys will lie & cheat you out of money. Found a pickup online that looked to be exactly what I was looking for. I then called in to get some more information. I was told the pickup was in mint condition, nothing wrong...no scratches, dents, ect. It appeared to be this way in the pictures as well. We settled on a price over the phone, and set up a time to meet in person. I told them I didn't want to put any money down on it until I saw the vehicle in person, as I didn't want to be out all of the deposit if the deal didn't work out. The salesman then proceeded to tell me over & over again that my deposit was refundable. I then tried to get it in writing that it was, but they said there was no need. I trusted the salesman (BIG MISTAKE) & gave them a deposit on the vehicle. Drove 3.5 hours to the dealer, & immediately upon inspecting the vehicle I noticed several flaws. In no way was this pickup in "mint" condition. The paint looked terrible on the door trim, there was a very large dent in the quarter panel on drivers side, the dipstick had some sort of rusting/staining going on, big chip in windshield, tires didn't have much tread left on them, and several other minor issues. I then proceeded to tell them I was lied to & didn't want the vehicle anymore, and wanted my deposit back. After 2.5 hours of the salesman trying to convince me to buy the vehicle & arguing that my deposit was non refundable, I FINALLY managed to get 3/4 of my deposit back, but was still out 1/4 of the deposit I put down. These guys are very shady, and will lie to your face time and time again. Never will do business with them again.

my experience was great

Derek was a great sale man's and made sure we walked away with what we were looking for. He has sold us 2 cars for my son and also helped us get one of the cars fixed when it broke.

Wonderful!

Springs Automotive Group was my first and last stop while looking for a car to buy and I am very happy with the outcome. I was worried that since I am so young there would be no way that I would be able to buy a car with no credit and no co-signer but everyone there worked tirelessly to help me. Derek Montoya is the salesman that sold me my 2006 Nissan Altima that I absolutely love. As soon as I arrived at Springs Automotive Group Derek was the first to greet me and made me feel confident and comfortable about buying a car for the first time and did everything that he could to get me the lowest payments possible. The night I bought my car I was sitting in the office until midnight with Derek and a few others figuring out insurance and not once did I feel like I was being rushed to get out of there, everyone was very professional and pleasant the entire time. Springs Automotive Group was very flexible with my situation and made sure that I left there satisfied with my purchase. I will never go anywhere else to purchase a car other than Springs Automotive Group!

Awesome

Been with them for a little while but tell you what very smart well mannered and awesome group of individuals. They always help when help is needed, and very fun to be around 5 starts in my book. Come to springs automotive off of Platte Colorado Springs Colorado

Great Experience

My experience at Spring Automotive Group Purchase: 2008 Hummer H3 Date: 10/10/2014 Sales Advisor: Justin Hecht My purchase was a totally internet experience, my search for a vehicle lead me to Spring Automotive Group. I contacted the dealership through the contact (IM) and was placed in with Justin. I did not have the opportunity to view the vehicle prior to my purchase since I live approximately 45miles from the dealer. The pictures shown on the web site represented the vehicle very well, once I viewed the vehicle it was better than the internet pictures. I did not arrive at the dealership until after dark, on a Friday evening raining and cold. Justin had the vehicle ready for me to test drive, seats were warm, and vehicle was spotless even in the rain. My experience with Justin was very open, professional, very polite and respectful. With Justin completing all the pre-work prior of me arriving accelerated my transaction. Justin made my experience at Spring Automotive exciting, I would do business with Spring Automotive Group and Justin again. I would recommend Justin Hecht and Spring Automotive Group to all my family, friends, and colleges. Sincerely, Charles

Great Dealership

I have purchased 3 vehicles from Springs Automotive Group since 2008. Their service department has serviced all 3 of my vehicles since 2008 as well. I see the same faces, including the owner almost every time I am get my vehicle serviced. I have and will continue to refer business to them.

Go elsewhere!

**WARNING*** Springs Automotive in the Denver area are "used car salesmen". Do your research of complaints and purchase at your own risk. Their word is no good, they bait and switch, advertise falsely, point fingers at each other giving you the run around between departments and wont make good on anything they promised. Not receiving resolution to an issue? Don't make an appointment to meet with the owner...he will conveniently be gone when you arrive. Waste of time. I have sent 4 friends and family elsewhere and glad I did (wishing I would have gone elsewhere too). The good guys are out there ...Spring Automotive Group just isn't them.
