I felt like there could have been better communication.

I felt like there could have been better communication. For example telling the customer you will call them and then you don’t. That happened a few times with the person selling me the car. Transport was not explained so when I asked when it should arrive I was told about a day. I remember because I was impressed. Once car was sold he never returned and still has not returned any off my emails with questions. I had to call and find out which is also when I learned more about how their transport works. Had that been better explained from the beginning then maybe I wouldn’t be so annoyed. Instead, I still haven’t received my car but am told it’s leaving today and as soon as it does the lady handling it would call me. Overall, I would recommend this dealership but I would say to stay on it and ask any and all questions while talking on the phone instead of sending emails.

Salesman was excellent to deal with.

Salesman was excellent to deal with. (Which is why I can give a 1 star) The manager is totally unethical. I live 3.5 hours from the dealership but made a deal with salesman on vehicle, including purchase agreement in place giving a deposit and had a certified check to pay the balance in purchase agreement on the vehicle as it was going to be two business days before I could het to the dealership. Salesman called me today on Saturday and his exact words were my manager sold the vehicle out from under me even though said manager knew there was a deposit put down on the vehicle. I did receive my deposit back, and at least was notified in advance of making a wasted 7 hour trip! The management of this dealership is again very unethical. I actually felt sorry for the salesman who was very helpful, because he lost a committed sale. Way to go Adams Auto dealership and manager, (Chance) for cheating your own employee out of his commission.

Mr Adam shook our hand and was super nice( he was last )

Mr Adam shook our hand and was super nice( he was last ) Look closely at the details because no leather seats, one fob only ,no wood grain or running board ( they are ordering one thank goodness ) and other same details advertised on web page and on vehicle . It was way more stressful than it needed to be before we got to Adam. The first sales person we thought he could care less about us sadly.our test drive was 4 blocks and back and left us sitting in the vehicle, tried to make conversation with him but he’s cut and dried and left .We felt like we were bothering him because he didn’t think we were even going to buy a vehicle or so it seemed. His gaze at us said you’re wasting my time . . The second guy poor mouthed us so much about the money they were loosing and pulled the “got to go ask “three times .Idk maybe that’s the way they do business . I know we Will never drive 125 miles to that dealership . The lady at the desk did ask us if we wanted a water . I had so many texts before we got there from salesmen identifying the exact behind we wanted to buy . . And Mr Adam thank you again for sending running boards ! Can’t wait to get them since I can’t drive without them .

I was waiting to see a vehicle they had just gotten in. Dee would text me updates letting me know what minor repairs were being done and was going to let me know when we could come and see it. I get a text at the end of the week saying they sold it. Had the nerve to ask if I was interested in something else. They sold it from under me so why would I do business with them?! I’ll never go to or buy from Adams period!

We went by to look at one car but it was out for repairs.

We went by to look at one car but it was out for repairs. Our second choice was available so we took it for a test drive. We were so pleased with the salesman, Amir, who was so calm, helpful, and honest with us about our car options. We thanked him for facilitating such a chill car buying experience.

I bought a 2019 van from Adams Group, and right after

I bought a 2019 van from Adams Group, and right after making the first payment, the rear end failed. Not even 45 days later, the transmission went out completely. What made things worse was how the dealership handled it. They told us we had purchased an extended warranty — but we hadn’t, and unfortunately, we didn’t ask for the paperwork to confirm at the time. That was our mistake, but it doesn’t excuse the lack of transparency. Later, they admitted we had no coverage at all. It felt like we were misled from the beginning. This has been a really frustrating and expensive experience. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with Adams Group unless there are serious changes in how they treat their customers and stand behind the vehicles they sell.

This place is an absolute joke.

This place is an absolute joke. Completely disorganized and no value for anyone's time. Scheduled a test drive for a vehicle they said was still in their inventory. In the 3 days before the test drive, they called me multiple times to make sure I was going to come in at the scheduled time so I was positive they were going to have the vehicle there. When I arrived I got some run around about how the vehicle is getting work done at the body shop and that it wouldn't be available...? Then they did exactly like every other negative review states and tried to sell me a different car. I couldn't help but laugh. Don't waste your time here because that's literally all you'll be doing.

Absolutely terrible experience with them.

Absolutely terrible experience with them. And the female was so rude. Fire her. Drove 3 hours for a truck that the manager did not tell is it was sold 3 weeks ago. Do NOT buy from them. Or waste your time

Went to go see a car advertised on their website and was

Went to go see a car advertised on their website and was told it wasnt there anymore. This wouldnt be too big of a deal except for I called specifically about this vehicle before going there, and was assured it was there. Frustrating to say the least.
