Kamal and Emanuel were very helpful. They help me get into a car with no credit history and in the range I was looking for. I appreciate these guys and customers service was amazing.

Roger bugged me for days to get a car for zero-down and $199 a month. I had my brother take me to Expert- Auto. We had a total of eight hours of driving time to get there. When we got there they acted like they didn't know this man. It was all a lie to get me there so they could sell me a car I didn't want. Also, they said I had to give them $1500 down to drive away in a car. I've me er felt like such a fool. If I could give no stars I certainly would.

IF I COULD GIVE -5 STARS I WOULD WORST SERVICE OF ALL TIME!!! This Place Literally Redefined The Word “Inconvenience“ I took my Truck on July 2, for inspection, I failed inspection for two front tires window tint and a headlamp. instead of going all around the world I chose the same shop to complete the work. hoping to “speed up the process”, I placed a $100 deposit to “order the part” On July 10th at 9:20 I dropped my truck off at expert auto where they told me “your part should be here and we will be done with your car today” LIES LIES LIES On July 10th at 4:40 I was contacted by Expert Auto informing me that my part NEVER CAME and they won’t be able to finish my truck. after going back and forth on the phone I went up to the shop to speak with a manager. THERE IS NO SECRET I WAS EXTREMELY UPSET, CURSING, AGRESSIVE . for good reason of course. the manager shook my hand and told me “ I will make your car priority, your part should be here by tomorrow and we will give you a call either way” LIES LIES LIES!!!! On July 11th at about 10am I received a call from Expert Auto informing me that my part will not be arriving and my car won’t be ready until next Monday!!!!!! SO IN THE BEGINNING WHEN I TELL YOU THESE FOLKS REDEFINED THE WORD INCONVENIENCE. ITS TRULY SAD I WOULD NEVER REFER ANYBODY TO THIS SHOP FOR ANY SERVICES. THE WAY THEY TREATED ME AND MY VEHICLE IS JUST UNACCEPTABLE TO SAY THE LEAST. I gave a $100 deposit to EXPERT AUTO for 3 jobs to complete, however, in 10 days they were only able to complete 1. Very sad. Very unfortunate. Very unprofessional THEY KEPT MY DEPOSIT. NO DISCOUNT ON THE 1 of 3 JOBS THEY COMPLETED. I WILL CLOSE BY SAYING THAT I WILL NOT STOP HERE!!!! ILL BE POSTING REVIEWS ON BBB, PISSEDCONSUMER, GOOGLE REVIEW AND MORE!!! You have not heard the last of me ! God bless and see you soon

The best car buying experience. This is my 2nd car from expert. They helped me with no money down and with low credit. I definitely recommend if you need help expert auto is the place to come to.

Just let me say, I am very disappointed. Jessica from internet sales is a joke, a waste of time. The manager's customer service is horrible. The salesperson that assisted me was very nice and knowledgeable. No, it is a hard never visit again.

If I could give them a -0 I would. Roger the manager kept constantly calling about trading my car in an guaranteed me no money down and no credit check on a new car saying its income based.So after 1 whole week of all of this with him convincing and promising me those terms.I also spoke with kamal who verified what Roger said I headed into the dealership. Fast forward get to the place Roger is nowhere to be found was told he works at another branch but this is where he told me to come talk to him.I called Roger who states are you at the right place I'm here after kamal verified he not I'm standing there he then says he went in a test drive which I knew was a lie. Kamal then proceeds to say let me run a credit check. When I refresh the conversation we had he said I never talked to you ok so how I know your name then he said I don't sell the cars I only work at this front desk then proceeds to say how is your credit I just need to run a quick credit check I asked about the car in question he tell me they don't have that car and all of their cars are price at $15000 and above. Ok so that's not what was told to me. They lied fed me empty promises and gave me the run around. I believe they just told me lies to get me in there after I told them I was catching a Lyft ride there he promised ok that fine you will drive away in your own car only to find out that wasn't the truth. This place is a scam and Ripoff they are all liars.Waste of Lyft money.

Going here isn't bad if you have a good credit score. The 0 down stuff is a lie. It may be 0 down if you have a 800 credit score.

They convinced me that they are gonna approve me even your credit is bad and any situation as soon as I visit them ,when I get there they pull out my credit and I need to put down payment,this dealer is very liar.don’t believe if they call you.

I have had a great experience from expert auto the entire staff is extremely helpful and friendly I would recommend to anyone family and friends
