The negotiates price to get you to shop here, but change the prices on the contract! The have you sign a paper they claim banks have called an Arbitration law so you can sue them in court! The will give you a nasty attitude when you catch them in a lie!

I HAD GIVEN UP TRYING TO GET A NICE CAR FOR A LNG TIME WHEN MY CO WORKER PULLES UP IN A 2016 CHEVY MALIBU. I KNEW HIS CREDIT WAS LIKE MINE SO I ASKED AND HE TOLD ME TO GO SEE BRANDON AT PAYLESS CAR SALES. I DIDN'T HAVE HIGH HOPES BUT SITTING OUT FRONT OF MY HOUSE IS A 2014 HONDA. THANK YOU BRANDON
