A customer conducting business had a encounter with Service Consultant DARIN MERTZ & Service Supervisor RICHARD MATINEZ. My business experience there awful disssatisfied,disappointed with their customer services business.

Brougth in my 2024 kia due to a mandatory recall and no drop off shuttle was available (sick driver). No alternative transportation means were offeed nor available when asked.
