The salesman and the finance guy tried to flim-flam me
The salesman and the finance guy tried to flim-flam me into believing that they were giving me a $2K+ discount on the price of the vehicle. In reality, the final number on their pricing sheet was the 'sticker' price. The salesman demonstrated perhaps 5% of the vehicle's features and settings. He moved his hands so fast it was impossible to remember what he did. He didn't offer me an opportunity to try any of the settings myself to see if I had remembered anything. At the end of this shabby performance he asked me to give him a 10 rating, because "it would really be helpful." Anyone who asks me for a top rating always gets a '1' or zero, whichever is the lowest. His request for '10' was particularly stupid, because I've never seen an on-line survey having anything higher than a '5' for the top rating.
