I purchased a used Honda Accord 2009 recently from Cox Auto Sales. Cox Auto had very good used 1-owner cars with low mileage at a decent price. The owner, Kenny Cox, was very friendly and welcoming. He was extremely cooperative and flexible in all the process -- including registration, documentation and payment, moreover, without any extra cost besides the price of the car. We could easily finalize the deal in the first hour of our visit. He also helped to fix all the tiny issues that we asked for, with no extra cost. Besides, he also made our life easier by doing all the registration process without having to visit the DMV office. We are very much satisfied to buy a car from Cox Auto Sales. Specially, Kenny helped in all possible ways, which gave us a very pleasant experience. While we were returning after getting the car, it started raining and the wiper made some sound. Even though, we had left the dealer shop, he called us back and fixed the tiny issue. He bought a new wiper from the Auto shop, as the same specification was not available in his garage at that time. He was very kind and very enthusiastic in whole buying process, because of which we had a wonderful car buying experience. Fast friendly service, The employees came by and spoke everytime they walked passed me, they offered refreshments. All areas of the building were cleaned and spacious. They worked with my credit and let me choose what I wanted to use as a down payment. They cleaned the car, gave me a copy of the car fax, and gave me free gifts after the deal was done.
