I've known of JAS for many years but had never done business with them until recently. My son had been searching for a Jeep Wrangler, and after what we experienced at JAS I will be going back and also telling everyone I know that is looking for used vehicle to go and talk to Todd and Tyler. As with other reviews, no haggling, no pressure, they simply gave us their best price, which we found to be fair market price, and we purchased the vehicle. To add to that, a few days after purchasing the Jeep the check engine light came on, which can happen when purchasing anything used. After contacting them, Tyler came right away to haul it up to their tech to look at it and said they'd take care of it. A day later he delivered it back to us, everything fixed, and they actually did some above and beyond work also that was not expected. To say the least, I am extremely impressed with their service and their commitment to make sure we are happy with the purchase. If you're looking for a vehicle, give them a visit.

I am a professional buyer for my company. As such, I have bought 59 trucks for shop vehicles. I normally buy from ford dealers but this was one of those times that a certain year used truck would work better than new. Todd had the perfect truck at a good price and I bought it. It had a hidden problem that hadn't been caught before I got it back to our shop. Todd brought a trailer to pickup the truck 80 miles away, fixed more than he really had to and returned it on the trailer. This has absolutely been the best small lot experience I have ever had. If I need anything used again I will be checking here first. Great job guys. I am sure you will see me again.

I am one very happy customer. I found the truck I was looking for on Carguss. I find this dealership to be very honest and respectful. The truck was in perfect condition. They worked on the AC and on my way home to TN the AC quit working. Todd paid half the bill to get my AC working. This dealership was under no obligation to help me out like that. The one problem I have is that this dealership isn't located closer to Nashville TN. Because I would confidently send everyone I know to get a fair deal on a used vehicle. Thank You Todd. I just purchased a used vehicle from Junction Auto Sales and I couldn't be happier. They were straight forward and great to work with. They were honest and up front with me through out the process. I didn't feel like they were playing the game that other dealerships seem to play. I didn't get any of that phony back and forth between salesperson and manager banter that most dealerships put you through. I got a great price on the vehicle I had been looking for for weeks. And I got a really fair price on my trade in. Plus, I have to say that I actually enjoyed the process. It was refreshing. I would highly recommend this dealership.

My recent purchase of a 2014 Chevy Impala LTZ was the first from Junction Auto. However, my sons have previously purchased from Todd, and we have had repair work completed by them numerous times. The guys at Junction Auto are great to work with. They are no pressure sales people, which is so important to us, as we dislike "being attacked" by a salesman the minute we enter the lot. As we were looking for a specific used vehicle, they were persistent in looking for us even though it took several months to find the make/color we desired. Small town home folks can't be beat when looking for a used car!
