Great dealership - Great People

We've had Hyundai's before...in fact, at one time we had three in our driveway. We'd gone to other dealerships and had not gotten the great service that Coastal Hyundai always provides. The people at Coastal are very helpful while being low-pressure. I'm very happy with our new Santa Fe, and will recommend Coastal to my friends...but most of them are already customers.

Excellent Service

I liked the service that was given I would recommend this dealership to anyone and I’ll continue to do service with Hyundai for eventually an upgrade for my car in the near future

Every thing was handled very well and James was and a very good sales person. Everyone was friendly. I would be looking forward to purchasing another car with Coastal.

They're dealing at Coastal Hyundai

Always feel confident going there knowing that I'm getting a good quality car but I'm always concerned because they know how loyal a customer I am ( this is my 5th Hyundai ) are they really giving me the best price ?

Rewarding

Felt comfortable dealing with all personnel throughout the complete process. Enjoyed speaking to the sales personnel listed below. Your financial dept managed to work a price agreement that I was dealing with. The only draw back I found was the amount of individual forms that were required. If anything needs steam-lining its this.

Outstanding Dealership

Rishi listens to a customer's desires then becomes solution oriented. This is second auto he has sold me this year and he is a seasoned professional. When he learned we might need a second vehicle while waiting for the Ionix w features and colors we wanted he offered us a loaner. He searched and found one that met and exceeded our needs for less $$$. Gary the service manager convinced me to trade in my 2012 for a 2017 Sonata Hybrid...glad I listened!!! Gary and Amanda are the reason I drive further to go to Costal Hyundai than a nearer dealership...they know there stuff!

Mixed emotions of deal

We went in to purchase an SUV. We found what we wanted with the items we wanted and were assured we would have them; however, after the deal was signed, we learned we did not get everything we wanted due to misinformation from the salesman. Therefore, it leaves a bad taste with our dealings at Coastal Hyundai.

John lyons makes the process simple, and not push. Purchased 9 cars from him and coastal in 5 years! Will buy another next time as well. Thanks to all for a outstanding experience!
