Traded a vehicle in with them last May, only found out when I went to finance my new business that they had paid off my trade in late and screwed up my credit, I even have a letter from their representative apologizing for the mistake but their corporate office keeps trying to say it's not their fault and they won't do anything to fix it

Do not trust them
I test drove and put a deposit on a used car on Thursday. Was told the car needed inspected and it would be ready on Saturday. Texted Saturday morning to ask for an update no response. Called before close got connected to my salesman. He was either asleep or inebriated, put me on hold to talk to his manager. Told me the car wasn't ready yet. Maybe Monday. No contact monday. Tuesday I get a text. Sorry can not sell you the car. U call. He texts can't talk only text. I say call. I call sales manager who does not know why they can't sell it. Has salesman call...he could barely talk. Slurring words and drifting off. I wanted my money back. Tried to call general manager but got sent to sales manager. He said he will get me in a car no need to give the money back the other car failed inspection. Has another saleman call. Got told by him they sold the car to someone else on Saturday even though I put the deposit on it!! They could of just been honest. There was no need to lie. I will never trust this place again.

Treated like a nobody
Treated like a nobody because I wasn't buying a $47,000 car from showroom floor. Sales staff were rude and acted like we were wasting their time only looking to spend $10,000 for our 16 yr old son. Will NEVER give them my business again.

Trying to get refund on charge for work not done
Went in for service, and was charged for things that ultimately weren't done. I caught it on the receipt before leaving and was given a corrected invoice and was promised the difference would be refunded. After over a week with no refund issues. I called back and was told there was nothing anyone could do except that one specific employee who handled my service appointment and I would have to wait for a day when they were in to talk to them. Terrible system, anyone should be able to look up a service invoice and see the note that the service was not done (which is on the invoice, next to the charge for the service anyway) and process that refund.

Worst service ever
Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had. My 3 year old Toyota Tacoma’s exhaust collapsed. I took it in on Monday morning and was told that since I didn’t have an appointment they might not get to me. Sorry that I didn’t plan on my exhaust collapsing after 3 years. Exhaust should last 10 years at least. I waited around till 2 o’clock and no word. I called and was told my car would be ready in an hour. Then got a call back to say it was not my car and that they were still trying to figure out what to do with my car since the exhaust installed was not a Toyota original part. I told the lady that my car was in a car accident last January and that Rohrich Toyota did all the repairs. The repairs should have been done with all Toyota parts since that’s what I was told and the main reason why I took my car to rohrich. She said she would check on it and call me back. I asked if they are going to keep my car and if so I would need a rental per my service agreement. I was told there were no rentals and that I should make arrangements by myself. She said she would call me back with more info right away and see if she can get me a loaner car. 2 hours later I called back. She then tells Me that the warranty is voided because the part is not a Toyota part. I again told her that rohrich collision did the repairs. She said that I would need to call them and figure it out with them. This is just unacceptable. Rohrich had my car for an entire day and never once called to update or let me know the stays in my car. I will be checking all the parts and work done by rohrich collision since it looks like they are not using Toyota parts.

Good experience
NICK was my salesman. I would recommend him all the time. Work with me taking the time to explain everything also going over all the tricks and new stuff the vehicle is capable of doing with it being a new 19 tundra.
