GREAT SERVICE,MODERN FACILITY, KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF

DROPPED OFF CAR AT DESIGNATED APPOINTMENT TIME, SPOKE WITH MIKE WILLIAMS ABOUT RECALL TO BE PERFORMED,SHUTTLE (CHUCK) TOOK ME TO WORK. REPAIRS COMPLETED AND CAR READY WHEN PROMISED.

Courteous Employees, Prompt Service, Internet Cafe

Rohrich Toyota has courteous employees in service and sales, prompt service on repairs all the time and an the internet cafe to wait productively for repairs!

Great Service as Always

Always courteous; the business lounge makes it easy for me to stay while my car is being worked on; very informative; all changes/issues reviewed with me prior to work being done and there is no hard sell to have work done that isn't necessary; always willing to defer the work if safe to do so.

scheduled to wait on coldest day of year

I have always left my car using the Early Morning Drop-Off. This time, Rohrich advised me to schedule a time when I could wait for my car--on one of the coldest, snowiest days of the year. That was nice!

Great service and facilty

Staff friendly, helpful and prompt. Thought I would have a long wait but things went quickly. The waiting lounge was inviting with large HD TV, Tea, Coffee and free WIFI.

Friendly, Courtesous staff

1) Courteous, prompt attention in person and on the phone 2) Staff make eye contact with the customer and they smile 3) Internet Cafe and waiting area are nice 4) Parts guys are great too. Very friendly and helpful.

Great experience except for end

Clay was on top of everything and got back to me very promptly. Person in Parts saw that I was waiting a long time for my car and went and told someone to get it and they got it immediately.

Friendly greeting from staff, care of vehicle when they took it, nice waiting area and internet cafe and the reminders via email of my appt. (I need those).

Great service

Everyone is friendly, efficient, and well staffed. They have a very nice waiting rooms and serve coffee and donuts or cookies. I like the room with the tables because its quiet and I can read. I saw some using their lap tops. They announce your name over the loud speaker when your car is done. That means for me, No constant checking.
