Had the best car-buying experience here! We found the best deal for my vehicle at Plattner Venice online. The price was never raised during the process,... everything remained transparent. Beth was very helpful and nice. Matt and Aaron were also great! We felt very comfortable with everyone! I bought my car 1 day ago and I already recommended them to another friend! Seriously, the easiest car I have ever bought! Would recommend to anyone!
This dealership lacks integrity. If you are promised something during the buying process, make sure you have it writing OR before you pay. Horrible experience... of getting the run around for 2 months after purchase.

Smoke and Mirrors Dealer just waiting for your foolishness. Don’t be caught as the fool. Stay clear of this predator sales tactic in full force. They draw... you in with internet pricing then inflate the price by $3,000 or more. Apparently, the people in government in Florida enable these practices. No, all car dealers don’t try to take advantage and play this shell game. Don’t bother visiting this low life car sales organization, in Venice or wherever they hang their shingle. Your car buying power should work to keep these folks from keeping the lights on.
Never had a dealership be so deceitful. Did not return my call. Did not give me the info needed to decide on car. Easy question, no answer. Drove to buy... car and Brad said the price listed was total. Did not say there was $900 dealer fees NOT included. Well, Brad, that’s not the TOTAL price. Bad bad bad
The add showed a vehicle for $11,580. They stated the price was wrong and was on a 3rd Party site. They stated due to the wrong price they needed to add... four additional charges in order for the sale to make sense to them. they added a dealer fee of $884, a recon fee of $484. Gap insurance for approx $800 and a Warranty for approx $2000. Then they need to add tax, tag and title. If i did not agree to all fees and charges they wouldnt sell the car. These were not optional, but mandatory fees. The worst bait and most blatant bait and switch i've ever experienced. It was incredible to say the least.
Hit us with every sleazy tactic they could but that wasnt the worst of it. My son really wanted the car, we made an "out the door" offer, salesman said... the tags were going to be several hundred and countered with an offer $500 higher. We thought about it and accepted it. That's where the sleaziness really kicked into high gear. The tried adding kitchen sink fees, taking the tags out of the deal, even playing games with the title. They stole my time but they didn't get any money. Dont waste your time with these crooked slimy people
