Kudos to Mark Brown in Service and the Haddad team that serviced our Outback today. The wait time was short and the quality of work was, as always, excellent. Mark’s communication with us was clear and timely, explaining the status of the job and what was required to complete it. We have purchased a few cars from Haddad over the years and our experiences with Mark and the Service Department have been great!

I was recently a victim of of the severe cold while
I was recently a victim of of the severe cold while visiting my friends near Pittsfield, MA.. My battery drained and I could not start my car to get back for a crucial event in my life. My friends took me to Haddad to get a new battery. My fear was that I was going to miss this life changing day because I would be in a long line of people needing service. I was so fortunate to meet Brianna who understood my situation and made certain that my car was serviced and I was on my way the next day. Had I been delayed by another day, I would have missed a very important event but Bri and the team got me home. They were Fabulous!!!!!!! Francesca

Mark Brown and the service crew did a fantastic job with
Mark Brown and the service crew did a fantastic job with my most recent Subaru experience! A tire had found a nail to roll over on resulting in a slow leak. The nail was found and the hole permanently sealed. I was back on the road in no time and have enjoyed watching the electronic psi gauge remain where it needs to be!

She answered all of my questions.We took a test drive.She explained everything to me. I will definitely tell my friend's family about this, And will definitely return when I need another car. They kept me updated on service progress and all in all a very smooth Process. Bonus, Ben and Ally Curley always welcoming when I walk in even a year and a half after purchase. Alley was my sales representative initially (now Sales Manager) and asked how things were going so far as well as asking how my family was. These little touches make a big difference after the sale. Another Bonus one of my customers over the years Scott Schiff is now with the Haddad Subaru Family . Scott and his family were always great to work with and for. Just a great person to do business with. Overall, still loving my Subaru Forester Touring. It definitely was the right selection for my needs

I made an appointment November 16, 2024 for May 14, 2025, for service and inspection! Then I received a notice: on March 13, 2025 Rescheduled Service appointment: May 14, 2025 That is my appointment. I am getting multiple notices from CARFAX. They have become not only a pain, but wrong! I had my car serviced and had an Emissions test! May 17, 2025, I received: "Emissions Inspection Due" Notice. (Emissions Tests-It's the Law) So, now that is wrong! The car has been serviced, and the inspection is done. I am not negligent! I will not trust CARFAX INFORMATION, ever again. I have canceled CARFAX!
