Oil Change / Filter replacement
The service department was quite busy, but they accommodated me in a timely manner. I had an oil change and cabin air filter replacement. Everyone was friendly and greeted people with smiles. The only reason I didn’t give a 5-star rating was because my glove box was not reinstalled properly after the air filter was replaced. I did have to return to have it adjusted. When I called with my concern, the phone call was pleasant and welcoming to help fix the issue. Upon returning, the glove box was properly reinstalled within 2-3 minutes. I appreciated the quick fix!

2019 Subaru Outback
Tim George, the sales representative was amazing. This was the best buying experience I have had. Tim listened well and delivered great service. The process was completed on the telephone and in the dealership. Our total time to complete it all including the thorough review of this car's systems was a short three hours. Very impressive!

Excellent help from Service desk on choosing new tires.
The person who worked with me for 45 minutes to be sure I understood his explanation to all the questions I asked was outstanding. He gave me good resources to check out for buying new tires. Highly recommend asking for him when you go to Kendall Subaru on Coburg Road.

Buying Subaru Forester
The showroom was too noisy. There is a lot of waiting time when actually going through the buying process. The background noise in the showroom really got to be annoying. I had to contact the credit agency to remove a credit freeze; the background noise was so loud it interfered with the telephone call.

Worth the drive from Portland!
Bought my car from Kendall Subaru in Eugene and moved to Portland afterward. I had had such a good experience with the purchase that it was worth driving to Eugene for service. While there, no fewer than three friendly employees asked if I needed anything. Very customer-service oriented. At my last dealership, I always had to leave my car for half a day when it needed maintenance so I was surprised when told by Dylan that it would only take 30-45 minutes. Super efficient! Two thumbs up for this dealer!

Kendall Subaru

Transmission Leak
I always bring my Forester to Subaru. This last oil change I didn’t have time to, but the other dealership found a transmission leak. Josh was able to get me in on a Friday, found the leak within an hour and it was covered under warranty so I was able to get a rental. Everything went great, my car was ready to pick up the following Tuesday. The only downside I found is when Subaru emailed me with an “important reminder on your recent visit” it says they did a battery test and my battery tested bad, and that I chose to “postpone” the repair at this time. I was never told I needed a new battery while I was there. Other than that my service was great, I absolutely love this dealership and the way I’ve been treated here. I’ll always come back. Josh in the parts department was phenomenal with helping me get my windshield wipers, he even took the time to put them on even though they were close to closing time.

We worked with Andrew who is a very knowledgeable and helpful person. He is low pressure and very patient. Once I had chosen a car the purchasing process was as quick as it can be, although they offered add-ons there was no pressure to purchase them. They also facilitated my loan through a Local Credit Union. I recommend the company and and Andrew 100%
