No communication. Ignored everything I said and did not address my concerns I ask for a call and never received one. I explained repeatedly that I wasn't receiving their texts and needed a call. They NEVER called. I also needed oil change reset because they neglected to do so at last visit. They did nothing to correct this and no one spoke with me when I picked up jeep
