Appreciated the no hassles, no haggling policy.

Appreciated the no hassles, no haggling policy. Twenty minute test drive seemed too brief. We needed more time to get to the highway and drive it at such speed.

One of my first jobs was as a porter at a car dealership. Saw first hand some high pressure tactics back then and had my guard up. Carmax and our sales person, Melissa, were awesome. No pressure at all and very welcoming and helpful.

I bought my car on 8 October once I bought the car the

I bought my car on 8 October once I bought the car the car was amazing. The process was very smooth. Sean is amazing. That’s who I work with. I had realized once I got home. It was a nail in the tire so I called back up there and they scheduled me to come in for service so they did that and once my date was coming up for me to actually do my appointment it said about getting one tire change like it was originally need to. They changed all four which was amazing and I appreciate them for that because I don’t have to worry about any more tires for another year now maybe two years now I don’t have to worry about no tires right now at all cause I got four brand new tires. Carmax is very amazing. The people are very friendly. They always speaking and smiling and they’re very knowledgeable about their cars. I would definitely be returning to buy another car once I’m done paying my new card that I received I really appreciation and Carmax with the doing their best to make sure that I leave out of there with the car. I really appreciate them and if you guys are looking for a car, make sure you guys go to Sean or his partner Bruce them two are amazing.

One of the best car buying experience in my life and I

One of the best car buying experience in my life and I have purchased many vehicles in my life! I really appreciate the “no haggle pricing”. That way I can take my time research what I think the car is worth and decide if I want it without feeling pressured in any way. Getting the appraisal for my trade was also very easy. I just snapped a few photos and got a great offer. The only hard part was waiting for my car to be delivered not that it took long but the anticipation was killing me. Thanks CarMax I’m sure you’ll be seeing me again.

One of the best car buying experience in my life and I have purchased many vehicles in my life! I really appreciate the “no haggle pricing”. Issue 1: At 8pm carmax would hold a car for 12 hours due

Issue 1: At 8pm carmax would hold a car for 12 hours due to that fact "We already test drove it" Issue 2: Allowed them to run my credit since the salesman said 5% was what they were seeing with good credit. They came back with a 8.14% with my 824 credit score. Issue 3: I was called back into CARMAX 3 Times to complete paperwork that was filled out correctly. Issue 4: The process and understanding of out of state sales is lacking. I understand theres a lot of different states and requirements but treating the customer like they have no idea what they are talking about is not professional. Would not recommend this Carmax to anyone

Dray, the salesman who helped me, was phenomenal; all the

Dray, the salesman who helped me, was phenomenal; all the staff I interacted with were great really. My only issue is I noticed the coolant in my truck was below the minimal line two weeks after purchasing. I called and left a message with the service department, and almost three weeks later, I still have not received a call back.

After 11 visits over the period of a month, despite the

After 11 visits over the period of a month, despite the chaos I observed for a months-long remodel, my experience was still satisfactory. My order for a Chevy Malibu was cancelled twice before an acceptable one for Colorado was found. In addition, there were some title difficulties with my trade-in. My refunds for the orders on the first two cars that were cancelled also were not processed until I recently visited the dealership to see to the issue. However, in every case, the sales representatives were always responsive and worked immediately to solve every situation, apologizing for the difficulties.
