Do not purchase the extended warranty program offered by

Do not purchase the extended warranty program offered by Alan Byer Volvo. It turned out to be practically useless and very difficult to cancel. I purchased their extended warranty three years ago, and despite being told it could be used at any Volvo dealer, no other dealership accepted it. I requested to cancel the contract in May, and while the manager confirmed by email that it was canceled and a refund would be issued, I have not received any money. My follow-up emails have been ignored since then. Overall, this has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience. I hope others don’t go through the same situation.

Roman is GREAT!

Roman is GREAT!!!! He is friendly and explains what is wrong and what needs to be done in a way that is easy to understand. And the whole team does a fantastic job of keeping our 2017 XC60 running perfectly. Highly recommended!!!

We could not be happier with the recent service we

We could not be happier with the recent service we received at Alan Byer! One of our Volvos unexpectedly had an engine issue involving burnt valves and excessive carbon build-up. Roman got it in immediately and Dustin evaluated the situation and helped us obtain good-will assistance from Volvo, thereby saving us from an otherwise very costly repair! This is a perfect example of how Long term customer relationships built on loyalty and trust pays off, as we’ve always ONLY had Alan Byer service our Volvos so they have the full history of our cars. We are always happy with our service. And we have always greatly appreciated Dustin Beauchene the service manager who always goes above and beyond to help the customers. He always does a great job at keeping us updated on what is needed on our Volvos. He is not only very knowledgeable but also absolutely trustworthy to work with. Thanks to the amazing service team at Alan Byer, we have been blessed with the peace of mind whenever we leave our cars with them, knowing everything is done correctly. Reliability, accuracy, and most importantly, Dustin and his team, are the reasons why we will continue to be loyal customers of Volvo and Alan Byer.

I came from 4 hours away to look at a XC70 and Brennin

I came from 4 hours away to look at a XC70 and Brennin let me take the test drive myself. He was very kind & patient. The car was not exactly what I wanted and Brennin was a perfect gentleman and said if we can help in the future please let him know. I would absolutely recommend the Dealership.

Very happy

Purchased my pre-owned Volvo at Alan Buyer last year, have had no issues and the servicing team has been kind and helpful! Really nice staff overall.

Wow my sales person made it happen

Alan Buyer is a class act. Deb Matticio made it the best car buying experience ever. She knows more about the product than anyone I have ever met. She was so helpful. Reasonable on the dreaded trade even. She was evening helping me 10:00pm at night with my new Purchae. Thank you again love my XC60 volvo.

Always have had great service with my Volvos.

Always have had great service with my Volvos. Any issues were repaired the first time . Would not go to any other make car as this is the 3rd one we have bought.

If you are looking to buy or lease a car, I highly recommed Alan Byer Volvo to be your 1st stop. I called Alan Byer Volvo to purchase a Volvo xc60 and Brenin was my initial contact. During the process of our communication I found Brenin to be exceptional, professional, knowledgeable and most of all patient. As I did ask alot of questions. He was always available to take my calls and returned my calls promptly to discuss the cars. He even facetimed me to see the car with a walk around. I also had the pleasure to speak to Steven who is one of the owners to discuss prices. I would recommend Brenin to anyone looking to buy/lease a car. Even though I went in a different direction at this time, I'm extremely grateful to have found Brenin and his dealership. Thank you!
