A Nightmare from Steve

I first encountered Steve, the owner of Dealer World, when we purchased a used car in May of this year. At first, he came across as nice and helpful (although loud and kind of obnoxious). In our deal, he agreed to install brand new tires and leather seats. With the installation scheduled, he handed us the keys and we got in the car. The car was FILTHY (he had told us it would be detailed but forgot to deliver). In addition, the car was out of gas and didn't have floor mats. I decided that my time could be better spent elsewhere and didn't push on the lack of detailing, gas, and floor mats. A couple of days later we dropped the car off at the dealership to have the seats and tires replaced. When we got the car back (he postponed the tire installation) there were vape pens and cartridges left IN the car (keep in mind my son is under the age to buy tobacco and this was his car). Additionally, the car's mileage was at 16 MPG when it had been at 29.3 MPG indicating the car was NOT taken care of AND they failed to pull the seatbelts out in the back seats making them unusable. I complained to Steve and he shrugged it off and said he would not install the tires if we liked. We still wanted to have the tires installed and against our better judgment allowed Dealer World to install the tires. Afterwhich, EVERY SINGLE warning light in the car would go off. We later found out Dealer World failed to properly balance the car AND they installed 4 DIFFERENT TIRES that were all the cheapest ones available. This resulted in a traumatic experience at a Honda Dealership. After describing these issues to Steve he said he would just give us the BALD tires back. During all these repairs Steve offered loner cars. Like my purchased car, EVERY SINGLE ONE was out of gas. We tried 3 different cars and every single one was out of gas. This wasted my time and added significant stress to what should be a very simple service. I was also not called when the plates were delivered to the dealership. I would never go back to Dealer World and would ask anyone and everyone to please avoid Steve and his games. He fails to pay attention to details and instead focuses on talking as loud as possible. Everything is on his time and his way. ONLY go to dealer world if you are looking for a headache and problems.

Great dealership, easy to work with, we are from out of town and Steve made the process of buying the car very easy. Great communication, would recommend!

Happy Customer!

After looking for many months, we finally settled on a Honda Pilot from Dealer World. We drove the car home, parked it in our garage and left it for two days. When we tried to start it again, the battery was dead. We ended up replacing the battery. Steve, upon learning about the problem, immediately offered to take care of the cost. He was pleasant, helpful, and great to work with. We would definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends.

Great Service

We had a great buying experience. No pressure, we had to come after hours and Steve accommodated us since we were coming from a distance. We came and looked, he answered questions and no pressure. We came back a couple of weeks later, fortunately the car was still available and Steve made it easy to buy. We would definitely recommend Steve and Dealer World.

Exceptional service

We recently purchased a 2012 Jeep Patriot from Dealer World. We worked with Karen online then drove from Pocatello and purchased the car from Steve in less than 30 minutes. This was the easiest car purchase we have ever made and we are very happy with our purchase.

Above and Beyond Customer Service

I was looking to upgrade my Yukon XL/Suburban and Steve went far ABOVE and BEYOND what I expected to help me find EXACTLY what I was looking for (and for a GREAT PRICE). After weeks of searching, he narrowed it down to two that were close to what I wanted (my husband thought beige and silver would be acceptable car colors, but they really aren't my thing). I resigned myself to settle for the beige when I got an excited call from Steve saying he'd found me a white Yukon AND it was even CHEAPER than the other 2! You found exactly what I want and it's cheaper?? Seriously...who does that? Steve at Dealer World that's who!! The car was immaculate and looked new, inside and out. Judging from how well my car was detailed before I picked it up, Steve cares a great deal about his clients and wants them to be happy with their purchase (and I DO want to be happy with my purchase since most cars now-a-days cost more than my grandparents paid for their home!). So, thank you for making me delighted with my purchase. Steve is so friendly to work with, it was a fantastic experience working with him. Due to traffic, I showed up at closing time on a Friday night to pick up the car, and Steve was very gracious about it--he never looked at the clock or made me feel rushed to get out of his office. I will definitely be back in the near future when my teenagers start driving and I need another car for them (gulp). Thanks for making this such a positive experience!

Great Experience

We had a great experience buying our car here. He put new tires on it and buffed out the scratches in the bumper for us. We also liked that we were able to trade in our car. Steve is a pleasant guy to work with.

outstanding service

I was looking for a safer vehicle to commute back and forth to work in. and after going to all the major dealers and not being treated very well i had a friend reccomend Dealer World.from the time i stepped on the lot steve and his wife made me feel at home. after i told him what i was looking for and the help i needed he went out of his way to find the right car for me, and he did a 2010 Toyota Camry which i love.. I want to thank you again steve and if anyone is in the market for a vehicle i highly reccommend Dealer World. forget the big dealerships steve will treat you right..
